I think with said funding was what brought them back, with their iMac, cos if they let them die they would’ve had a monopoly…I think this was after the government had grilled them about being a monopoly and their web browser being a free default
Wow I thought I was the only person that remembers that. MS gave Apple a 150 Million investment to keep them from bankruptcy. The investment kept Apple's doors open and kept the US govt from breaking up MS a la Bell.
Well, in the beginning they didn’t really have anything major from their owned studios.
Then they paid third parties to release games or keep them exclusive, usually in the western market.
That and getting betrayed by Nintendo
Hmmm...didn't mention platforms. Live service game, hitting Xbox? I received a few DMs on Twitter that says it is probably coming to Xbox.

Still no God of War 2. I bet everything I own FF16 is the same 38% off. No Last of US one or two.
The latest console update can go to hell and die. I had a disc in the console when it annoyed me to update before turning off. Console restarts and the disc drive continously spins for a while. I check why. It deleted the game (AC Mirage) from the hard drive entirely. I see on Reddit lots of people having games uninstalling on their own since this pos console was released.
These stupid and useless updates to add complete garbage features or "stability" need to stop.
