I played AW via BC getting prepared for this game. I streamed it from my X1 to my Surface 3 while lying in bed. Still looks sharp.

Are the DLC episodes not BC at this time?

All they said was only show chapter one. They sent out review copies very early which is a big sign of confidence

Just wait and get a $20 PC key and run it 1080p-4k/60fps

It's a highly story-driven game, of course they don't want the press to reveal too much of the single player.

Maybe I'm making too big a deal. I just don't remember seeing restrictions on previews before. Sites do a pretty good job of not spoiling things.
 
This thread, lol. When will the madness stop? Okay, so Quantum Break is 720p. What does that really mean? That it'll be even more impressive when it wins a graphics award just like another Xbox One exclusive did from the start of this generation that wasn't 1080p. Screw the pixels, the game looks amazing and if you're a gamer you should want to play it. And that's the bottom line, cause TD said so.

I'm pretty sold on the gameplay from the videos, I just keep wondering how long the campaign is going to be. Anybody heard anything about that?

"Let's Play" is a 'genre' of YouTube videos in which people record themselves playing a videogame. Think Twitch, but recorded instead of live.

The thing about YouTube and Twitch is that you can get 'busted' if your video/stream includes licensed/copyrighted music. Even if it's inadvertent and/or in the background. So this mode removes the licensed music from the audio so you can stream/record without worry.

Ah ok, that is good to know. I was thinking this was a custom soundtrack workaround the way I read it. But that is interesting to know. Thank you.
 
Just preordered QB through xbox.com. Do you get the W10 code later and Alan Wake immediately ? I was hoping to play AW till QB dropped but the game and QB Episode pack is in my queue but nothing about Alan Wake BC code.
