There are certain thing out of their control I can understand, but many they coiuld do but tehy just not doing.

3D scanned faces, then NOT using the likeness. This is a meme now, where people put side of side pictures of scanned model vs their in game ones. The in game ones always more ugly.
Stop wasting money on expensive models & artor if you are not using their likeness. Hiring them to motion capture is also waste of money. Hire a good male motin capture guy, another female, problem solved. No one see their actual face, you can use the same person!!!!!

I think they’ve done that with halo, they’ll have voice actors do their thing but with face cap and then have other mocap actors do the scenes, or they’ll do both

How is he known to be toxic to work with? lol When he left xbox they kept his seat at the table open because he was the one there that really represented the gamers. He was the only true gamer in the group, apparently most of them including Phil use interns to up their gamerscores. That all comes from Heisenberg on neogaf who actually knows Ybarra.

Google some of the s*** he did while at Activision. Definitely got into the management culture that place had.

People are being too harsh on Phil Spencer and XBOX management . They managed to be in the top 3 every year in the console race since inception.

They’re number two in the premium console market. But in reality Moore had them at number one with the 360 until the bailed on it for the one, but that was either his fault or MSs fault for being in the Don. And if you follow anything about Merica, when a Don comes in they leave it worse then when they came in, just a clean up game for the new guy ☹️
