I just did all that and came in to relax and play puter games, but OH NO!! I can't!! Because devs made a game always online when it didn't need to be.
You can try defending it all you want, but it is a thing that will cause inconvenience to many, and there was no need for it to do so.

Always online games will suffer from any crap on the server side, which can lead to annoying disconnects even if you're playing solo.
Yeah and if you're bringing the game to somewhere remote, you won't be able to play or access the SP campaign though I don't know when or why you would do that if you're on vacation.

To be fair, odds are in his favor. Chance of Xbox exclusives barred Forza and some indies to be average/bad are more likely, base on track record since 2013.
I hope to be proven wrong, but I am not betting my life saving on it being above average.

That isn't being fair.
Look art Arkane's last 4 games, all got 88-89 on metacritic. Even prey got like mid 80's. Arkane's history says they don't make bad or average games, but sure, lumping them into the pot of a decade where they weren't with MS for 8 of those years is real fair.
I played the s*** out of Dishonored, include all DLCs, with zero kill gameplay, & Prey is one of my favorite game of all time. Lets hope Arkane can break the XBOX exclusive "curse"

Xbox's issue isn't that it makes bad games, that has never been its issue.
Maybe you missed the "barred some Indies" part. Also Age of Empire & Flight sim are PC game.....Titanfall wsan't the hit that was anticpated. Sunset was 81 , slightly above average.
Yes, XBOX issue is that it make "bad" games, relative to Sony. Truth hurts. Just like Man United.
That has always been the issue, & the sales of last gen suffered as result.
