I've figured that I'm going to spend about $400 on upcoming titles this year. T.R. is definitely one of them. Game looks epic.

This game is a travesty....

She swims in salt water, gets dirty, slams against cliffs, rolls in snow, and she doesn't have split ends, even though we don't see her once use conditioner/acid rinse on her hair!

Fakest game. Evah.

Forgot how good the TR reboot was...have been playing through this again on the X1 (thanks GWG!) and it really is just an excellent game. Mine (and most others) biggest complaint with the reboot was lack of tombs to raid...though everything else is awesome. I hear they've rectified that in the new one so YAY!
 
It's going to be so hard not to splurge and pick this up when I grab my copy of Fallout 4. Probably wouldn't have time anyway. Once I start up a new Fallout game it'll be at least 200-300 hours before I touch anything else.
 
I might just be building a PC for this game. I hope they add extra effects for PC like they did last time. And more of the old school booby traps. I'm not the biggest fan on the "keep running forward" character-controlled action cinematics.

I'm feeling the same way. I have both this and Fallout 4 preordered through Amazon, but I may have to very painfully drop this one. I may end up asking for this for Christmas instead.

The voice acting on the driver is terrible though. "Hey Bob! You wanna do a voice for Tomb Raider? Come on up from accounting and read this real quick!"



And to think no one thought the first screens were in-game! :D

Game looks absolutely stunning. I only have two nitpicks from that footage. Some of the snow should fall from her coat when she removes her hood, although that is pretty minor. Right after she gets free from the truck and it explodes, she goes over the cliff face with her pickaxe out, but then she stands up with it already attached to her side. At the very least, it should still be in her hand. Just a couple of nitpicks though.

My biggest nitpick is that they didn't animate her breathing, so there is a disconnect between her audio and what she looks like she is doing. I feel she'd be much more real if they animated her breathing. That, and when she is sliding, they don't show her grab the pick- it sorta just appears there.

Other than that, yeah, it's pretty stunning. I really like that her shirt wrinkles animate and are 3-dimensional.

I can see this gaming winning best graphics. It's just insane.
 
We live in a wonderful age where this level of graphics, sound, and presentation can be done.

That was possibly the most exciting/amazing intro to a game I have ever seen.

My mum watched it with me and said "Can I watch that with you, its better than anything that Tom Cruise ever did"... Great.

$10 says that Anna character is shady as s***.
