New mode is definitely a winner.wanted PvP or a horde like mode. Got a horde like mode. Longest I've lasted is 15 minutes though on dockyard. Only map without archers or any catapults. Just two people being badasses the a sword and shield.
Also like the new tier 6 stuff and ability just to buy potion packs. Still would like different looking items in each tier instead of the same thing just different attributes. As someone is level 211 or something this will get me playing it a lot more

I’m one level away from completing my Veteran difficulty play-through, should wrap it up tonight. Its been a lot of fun like my first time. Although there was one section that was frustrating as hell where you have to take out a whole band of archers to protect your troops until reinforcements arrived. But after that the game just throws more enemies with more health at you on its toughest difficulty but the checkpoints are spread out so well that dying is not a big deal because when you reload you get to replay encounters with full health. I’m not sure about investing in the co-op aspect of this game with March being so packed with new content. But I’ll keep this game in my library just in case I have the urge to play it online.
Leveled my way like two or three times in two minutes. I'm in the late 40s or 50. You need to be on your toes and team work is key here. Make sure your buddy doesn't steal your kills and at least one of you should have Apollo's blessing.
Sorta wishing I would have gotten the Season Pass when it was on sale, sucks that didn't last longer than a day.
Nah, its the level with the beach landing and you have to secure a location and hold the line against a bunch of archers on a elevated platform. It was annoying because you had to fully charge your spear throw before release so it connects with the enemies all the while you're getting hit with arrows and you have to kill the archers before they kill your troop line defense. It was so frustrating.
So anyone else having issues since the update? Me and my buddy tried joining a game and when it didn't work we exited out of ryse and started it back up and now I'm rank. 1 down from 215 something. Only in ryse did everything get erased
That part even sucked on normal difficulty. I'd heard it was awful on Legendary.
Every time he sends me the invite and I accept it states the current user has changed and I can't accept it anymore.so far great update

Basically you had to tap both triggers repeatedly without even thinking to pass it.
Is this the part right after the beach landing with the archers on the roof? Took me forever on legendary. Especially since you can't hit anyone with the quick throw unless you are close. It was a while before I realized I couldn't do it with "aimed" shots.
I've been thinking about buying that DLC, I'll let you know if I do. I wish I would have jumped on the Season Pass when it was on sale, not sure why they didn't give it more than a day sale.
So how are the multiplayer modes in this? Does it have Dedicated servers,how many players,gametypes?
Dunno about the dedi servers but the modes are pretty simple. You get teamed up with one other player and you both complete objectives whilst killing enemies. Then there's survival mode which costs like $8. It's pretty fun if you play like a team. That's where you'll get the best executions.
I got Ryse at launch, played for about an hour or so. Just couldn't get into. For some reason I decided to play it again in March and man oh man. I had a ton of fun. The game really picks up as you go and the arena MP is super fun. What an awesome surprise and now I wonder how in the world this game got low scores? Very happy MS is keeping the support and word is there will be a 2nd game.
The game deserved at least a 7, sure it was rough at the edges but its a console launch and the game has gone through several iterations. I hope MS offer this as a Games for Gold so more people can play it.
