Damn the ps4 is steam rolling! MS and the transition from last gen to this gen is one of the biggest fails in gaming history. MS has went out all out, free games, discounts, advertising and still gets spanked. It will only keep getting worse and the worst part for them is this is happening in their once strongholds

Kind of shocked about Madden, those XBO bundles did really well I heard. Also no mention of Destiny…maybe they forgot to mention it...or it sold better on XBO? D:

Do copies from bundles count? That could explain Madden and Destiny.

Madden selling better on a PS console after all the heavy MS advertising and even a Madden based bundle!? LOLZ

Sorry BG

PS4 August 2014 NPD was 190k. Triple is 570k, he said almost tripled, so somewhere around 550k.

My predictions iirc were PS4 600k, XB1 250k, Wii U 80k.

Xbox might have sold more Destiny software on NPD because they don't track bundle sales. But if you include bundle sales no doubt PS4 has it.

Great sales for PS4. I also saw the post about PS+ membership doubling over the past month. No doubt Sony has put those fees to good use lately.

Destiny doing very well on PS4.

While those PSN records are due in part to the general trend of more people downloading their games, PS4 was the most popular choice for Destiny players, according to Sony. Citing Activision's internal estimates, PS4 "is the #1 platform worldwide for Destiny based on units sold through as of October 4, 2014."

Destiny is the most-played game on PS4 currently, with five times as much time spent playing it as the second most-played game (which was not identified). In the week before the game's launch, PlayStation Plus subscriptions increased by 115 percent, perhaps signalling interest in being able to play the game online.

I am one of the Destiny numbers on the One but what a mistake that was, sold that and didnt make it past level 11

That is standalone, doesn't include bundles in NA.

Supposedly the copies MS gave away for free during that special promotion count as sales because they weren't bundles while the copies bundled in with the PS4 that were only discounted $10 don't, crazy world lol.
