The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

[laughs]The way Spider-Man moves make it looks bit unnatural. I wish whoever animator did that needs to work on reality movement.
Irony isn't exactly what's wrong here, in my opinion. I mean, you can only get so "real" with a web slinging super hero being chased around by a man shooting out blasts of electricity from his hands. I think the problem is that almost all of it is CGI in certain scenes. It's all computerized special effects so it can look pretty weird since the goal is to try and emulate life so much.

Just saw the new trailer and have to say that this one looks so much better than the disappointing and mediocre first one. Guess I will be giving this reboot one more chance.

I hope this is better than the first one! The ASM sucked so much ass.....slow moving plot, and Parker was a detached reject that was having girl problems.
Hated that movie. Even thought the Tobey films were better than that garbage.

Google the international trailer for this... it has quite a bit of new footage.

Best part is spidy taunting electro by calling him sparkles

Venom and Sinister Six, eh? I personal do not know much about Sinister Six, but I'm very happy about Venom. Let's hope it's good. Sony must've take note from Disney's Marvel movies about linking/relate story between movie-to-movie. All I can say is good luck to Sony. I know FOX is doing the same thing with X-Men story. (And WB with DC movies). :) Should be interesting to see how it goes within the next few years.

I quite enjoyed ASM. I thought the actors used were better than the original series. Especially Stone I mean hnnnggg.

Q&A wit Spider-Man!!!

----------

Q: Was it difficult taking on the Spider-Man role being that he is such an iconic character?

A: Definitely. I feel huge responsibility to protect the heart and soul of both Peter Parker and Spider-Man and make sure that he is everything he has always been to me and all the fans and i feel so lucky that i get to be his protector for a few movies!

Q: If you could would you wear the Spider-Man suit all the time?

A: Frankly if I could, I would wear it never! It’s a skintight, spandex suit that covers every inch of your body…does that sound like a good time? I enjoy looking at it on the hanger!

Q: What’s your most memorable fan experience for Spider-Man?

A: Seeing the looks on kids’ faces when they feel they are really meeting Spider-Man…Little do they know I’m actually British.

Q: What is your favourite Spider-Man story from the comics?

A: I love the McFarlane “Torment” saga.

Q: What it felt like to be Spider-Man? What do you feel when you see that children will consider you a hero?

A: Huge, weighty responsibility. And an incredible honor. And just fun…I hope I can live up to the symbol and standard of what Spider-Man has always meant for me.

Q: Has Peter Parker taught you anything or changed how you live your life?

A: just constantly reminds me we all have a responsibility to live our own lives fully and care and love those around us as much as we humanly can and to laugh in the face of danger.

I liked ASM more than the older ones. This new one looks great too.

Seriously the new X-Men is getting killed in the trailer department by the other super hero movies.

This looks awesome. I stopped reading Superior Spider-Man but with Peter coming back I may have to pick it up again.

Yikes, that trailer is 3 minutes long! I probably won't watch it. Didn't want it to reveal too much about the movie. I gotta wait to see it in theater. :)

It shows a considerable amount, but mostly about electro. you can see however, there is going to be a lot more, a LOT more we don't know.

Superior Spider-Man is a personal favourite book for me! I've loved it all, including the tie-ins and Team-Ups.

I'm actually going to be disappointed when Otto gets "outed" haha!

Based on the cover for next month that was included in the last issue, I think it's going to be Miguel "O'Hara" aka Spiderman 2099 donning the suit for at least a little while.

Why didn't Marvel introduce a new hero to the Spider-man universe ? The more I see of ASM2 the more it makes sense to have done so. You could have even linked it with the avengers and all those characters by having hawk eye come in or linked it to the upcoming Fantastic four or Doctor strange movies. Could have re-booted daredevil with it...etc. the possibilities are endless. Yet, they seemingly have done nothing.

Because Sony owns the movie licensing rights for Spiderman but not any of the Avengers characters. Just like Fox owns the FF and X-men rights. That's why you don't see those crossovers. Mutants dont' even exist in the Avengers movies.

Oh, do they, I thought Marvel got all their rights back. Also, what do you call the Hulk if not a mutant ?

menace-uk-, Bruce Banner did not born with power (hence he's not a mutant).

Mr Bigglesworth, actually, yes, mutants do exist in the Avengers! *cough*Scarlet Witch/Quick Silver*cough* :D:D:D The problem is because Fox owns Magneto character, Disney cannot allow to use the word "mutant" or even mention Magneto in the movies.
