As part of the game's fourth year of ongoing support, Ubisoft is reportedly set to add a new mode soon.
Despite being a long time away from the top rankings of the most popular video games, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 continues to be the subject of Ubisoft Massive’s attention. Before long, the post-apocalyptic shooter will enter its ninth season of content.
With a message entrusted to its social channels, the Swedish development team announced that Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 Season 9entitled “Hidden Alliance”, will be unveiled on May 9th on the Official Twitch channel of the game. The launch, on the other hand, is expected on all platforms a few days later, that is, on 12 May.
Precise details on the upcoming content are not known at the moment, however we know for sure that in the last month a new mode has been tested on the Public Test Server (PTS), almost certainly destined to represent the highlight of Season 9. According to some rumor, it could be called “Welcome Heartland” and therefore be connected to the free-to-play The Division Heartland, currently in development. However, it is still too early for Specializationswhose debut has been postponed to an unspecified period of 2022.

I like the division games but I made the same mistake I make with like Destiny. I burn myself out before the the first expansion comes out and I never return.
TD2 is the only game I've bought 3 different times (PC, PS4, Xbox) and put over 100 hours into each of the characters I've made. It's fun. I like to shoot stuff.
