she was going after Warren and cut her off!

Way to protect her

She should have not waited until she was 10 seconds past her time going into the 10:00 commercial break, then (Nevermind the wisdom of going into the topic where Buttigieg smacked her around)

Not there yet. I’m guessing tulsi?

Yeah, it was basically a way for her to shoehorn a transparent challenge to Warren that wasn't even remotely based on any policy issue, but just a transparent publicity stunt.

I use bing. It’s my default. 🤷‍♂️

It’s the best search engine for certain subject...

Tulsi's worst night by far, she even looked tired at the start. She was clumsy and the only time she had any energy was when she was talking about how CNN and NYT smeared her.

Warren did well considering she had to defend herself all night but she has to just admit taxes will go up, this constant "costs will go down" may be true but she looks like she's giving a typical politician when she answers that way and it's not worth it, especially when Bernie was so honest about it.

Sanders was really good overall IMO especially when he shut Biden up about the things he's gotten done.

Yang was more forceful than usual and I was glad to see it, he still comes across as himself and not a typical politician and that's something I really like but he had them actually talking about automation and UBI, if he weren't running we wouldn't hear a thing about this on a democratic debate. He needs to stop slapping the microphone like it owes him money though lol.

Booker seems so fake anymore it drives me crazy, yeah he says nice things but he just has this fake way of saying it and it's a big turnoff.

Harris hasn't got a shot in hell, I don't know how anyone still supports her

Klobuchar was trying her best and it probably was her best night but she's not going to excite anyone.

Biden needs to go now, I like him but the guy can't seem to stay focused when he's talking about anything, he loses track or switches topics like crazy and it's sad.

Castro was fine, I've just started fast forwarding Beto and Mayor Pete lol.

Last's night's debate was very spread out. Nobody stood out, but people did, I feel, make a better case/performance than last time. Buttigieg, Klobucher, Booker, all made better performances than the past. Bernie surprised me with his energy. Biden was himself. He didn't fall over himself too much. Warren seemed to just be average. She's gonna need to admit taxes will go up so it doesn't become a bomb during the primary. Gabbard and Harris are just not good. Steyer was surprisingly better than I thought he would be. Yang was good, but he's still a one trick pony. If he has more ideas he really needs to say them loud. Castro has missed his opportunity and shot himself in the foot last debate.

The debate was terrible but one good thing came out of it. More people discovering how awful Tulsi is.

I think Warren did enough - she is still getting hammered on not giving the GOP talking points answer on the healthcare taxes, and she needs to figure out how to do better on it. All she needs to do is get people to look at their paychecks, tell them that the number under FICA plus the premiums is what cost is, and that the FICA may go up for some (or explain how she will avoid that) and that the combination will go down.

But, to be honest, after reflection last night went almost as well for her as possible. You notice the people who went after her? Klobuchar, Buttigieg mostly. And they may pick up votes from that - perhaps they should. But they're not poaching her voters, they're going to get more of Biden's defections. When we look back on this debate, IMO, this will be where we point to Booker's selection as the VP and the moment where Biden became the clear second place candidate.

Biden just said, "Release your taxes or SHUT UP!" LOL!

I was coming here to post that too. Awesome. :)

I still think he might get flak for the whole "I got you votes, you did a nice job at your job" jabs last night, though,.
