Democrats have to win and they have to stop playing by the rules. There are no rules.
Went on the Bernie subreddit to see how they were taking the news over the weekend and was pleased to see that most are behind Biden but the ones that aren't and still want to vote third party make you want to jump out of a window.

I am never asleep before 4:00am, always have a hard time falling asleep and especially now I check my Mom's oxygen like 3 times before I go to sleep, I guess a little OCD on that
Mitch has been playing the dirty wrestling heel since Obama's second term, he started showing the obvious signs before they took the senate but once that happened forget it he doesn't even try to hide the double standards etc. He could at least say "Obama was leaving office and Trump could still be elected to another term" that is a difference in the two situations, it's still bulls*** but he could at least try that one but he can't be bothered to even make up a fake excuse, he just says he's doing it and that's it.

This is what republicans want. She's going to get confirmed no matter what. Dems need to hammer home she wants to take away women's rights and all of your healthcare and hope you die from preexisting conditions.

Apparently, she has only been in a position as Federal Judge since 2017. IMO that isn't enough experience to justify a nomination to the Supreme Court.
Prior to that, she has some experience as a lawyer and teacher.
I'm not sure the debate should even get to the contention over her particular beliefs necessarily. I mean c'mon his appointment is a high office that should demand some high standards; he or she in the position will rule on many important cases or the constitutionality of many laws. Someone who has less than 5 years working as an actual Judge shouldn't be a serious candidate.

They can expand the electorate by restoring the Voting Rights Act, making voter registration universal, and passing comprehensive immigration reform. They can blunt (if not entirely offset) the GOP’s Senate advantage by granting statehood, and two senators apiece, to Puerto Rico and Washington DC. They can undo the effects of McConnell’s court-packing by expanding the bench – not just the supreme court, but lower courts as well.
