The Last of Us Part 2 - New Trailer Contains Spoilers

Mine has gotten a little louder as it's aged but still it's never that loud except in certain areas of God of War, it's one of the areas that leads to other realms and it gets pretty damned loud during that section.

On another note my One X shut off after 5 minutes the other day when playing Maneater and when I turned it back on it warned me how the console will turn off when it overheats...5 MINUTES lol.

Prob a bug in the game, mine did the same thing in borderlands 3 when in the quality mode in the exact same cutscene every time until I set the video setting to performance. I had to Google this info, apparently a bug that later got patched.
 
Apparently the entire game has leaked...? Not sure if people got copies early, or if it’s a pirate thing...?

Weird, I think it's more to do with devs, my 1X has hardly ever ramped up during any game (RDR2, Odyssey, Warzone etc) and is super quiet 95% of the time.

I'll have to open up my PS4 and see if there is any dust build up to make any proper judgement on it, but thank goodness I can crank up my headphones.

Yeah it's the first time mine has done this, I hope it's just not on it's way to death it's not even that old and it's gotten far less use than my Pro which is a year older.

Yeah I have the Scorpio Edition from day one and it’s whisper quiet like most.
 
My scorpio one x had been whisper quiet too until recently, my niece has given it a few slaps and has even pulled it out and let dropped it :(

If I pay in the dead of night with if I stop to listen I can hear a muffled hum when playing some games, that and it’s location with glass probably channels said amplifies said sound.

Yeah, ever since I updated my phone it’s been doing it quite often. It was predictable at first and now it just horrible. But I think it may have something to do with writing here as well. My “I” is rarely capitalized at the beginning of a sentence and when I double space for a new paragraph it’ll move my cursor and remove a word our entire line I just wrote >.<

Plainview have you run into any issue with any of your iOS devices?

I,m gonna wait for a sale before I pick the game up, depending on how gamers react to the full game. I should be sufficiently used to the idea of what they've done, lol.

On the one X is a bas thermal paste issue, if your one x sounds like a jet there's a problem. Mine ramped up on RDR2 and SoD2 character menu, I replaced the thermal paste which was totally dry and almost like rubber and it's a dramatic difference. Almost totally silent, that was just about 2 years ago.

Now my second gen PS4 pro I thought same would help it but it didn't make any difference what so ever.

Anyone know when preload is? I ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition, can't wait for this baby.
 
Reviews are tomorrow, but there’s no way they can be trusted with how ND trying to control the narrative. I’m sure only “friendly” media got early access
 
I should try to play the first game this weekend to gauge my interest in a sequel
