**The official UVGF PC Battlefield 4 thread***

Was thinking of picking this up but it's pretty pricey in the UK for a PC game. Might get around to picking it up when it's cheaper and they've patched a lot of the bugs out.

Still got a crash. I think it only happens when the server I'm in switches to TDM? IDK.

I was watching JiveTurkey play on Twitch earlier on (last night in the US I think) and he was having fun but his PC was crashing like a mofo, he was cussing and making it look good in Jive fashion.

I live in south jersey like 2 minutes from the walt whitman bridge to Philly, and there is litteraly NO computer stores like tigerdirect or microcenter close to here, I have to go out of state for both of those places. It's terrible. There used to by CompUSA but they were bought by tigerdirect and moved away.

benchmarks are out for all of those curious, I will note that the single player is very GPU demanding, the MP is actually pretty light on hardware seeing as I get more FPS in MP than in single player. CPU performance in this game from a SP standpoint it looks like that it's not as demanding as BF3, and 4 thread/core CPU you should be decent. Looks like the AMD FX benchmarks are really good, Intel had a demanding CPU wise in BF3 not so in BF4.

Single player is full of bugs it's crazy. You have enemy AI appearing out of thin air, scripted sequences lagging etc. The performance is more than exceptional for me as it's well over 40's on my EVGA 670 FTW. I just don't see how this game is taxing, according to benchmarks, yet the graphics aren't anything to write home about. The only improvement over BF3 that I see is better facial animations.

The game just feels rushed when all is said and done.

Whatttt! The game looks amazing prob more impressive then Crysis 3 and add the scale....wow

Very impressed with the PS4 GPU

PS4 is running BF4 at 60fps 1600x900 at the equivalent of high setting.

'

Not quite the same as the GTX 660, but damn close. Clearly better than the the 650 Ti.

On the PS4 games could reach the same graphical fidelity as BF4 on Ultra, but only at 30fps. That's a lot better than what I was expecting, though.

I haven't really been playing lately, I got a new case, upgraded to a H100i from a antec kuhler 620, and a second GTX 770 superclocked and I've been kinda tweaking everything to get the air flow right.

Impressive but you can't go by those specs as a ps4 is in a set environment... If anything expect slightly better results with the ps4...
