Thats expensive. I am start easy but I will upgarde when the dumbells outlive my capability

Anyway, I started with barely 10 push up (one go) & barely 20 sit up less than a month ago to be able to do 40 push up & 70 sit up (one go) today.

The weather is still too cold, maybe 40ish F & rainy, so I did not go out for run. But I discovered I can get of intensity out of stationery run with knee rise to touch the hands (High knee run?). 1 min & I am totaled at my level now.

The dumbell has still not a delivery date (last checked on Amazon), hope they come soon.


One thing about working out, is, you feel good after it.

Justin has some nice songs, to be fair. Also he seemed to have grown up & more matured after his marriage.

Almost done...
New 2p panel (repro), buttons and joysticks, repainted, rpi 3b+ with retropie. Kept the 480p CRT. Needs new side art for the legs, but otherwise I consider it finished.
Now... To keep or not to keep. In the garage atm, finding it hard to see any place for it in the houses I'm afraid.

Decided to try some local road driving for my company in addition to the yard driving I already do to pickup overtime.

When hooking to my first trailer, the Check Engine light plus another Engine Light came on the and fuel gauge dropped to E even though the tanks have plenty of fuel.

So, I took it to the dealer and sit here in the driver lounge on Overtime.

A while ago, I realized I am lacking in the writing part of......writing, so I decide to get this book to improve.

It wasn't exactly what I expected, which is making writing more interesting, captivating, but rather along lines sentence structure s& grammatic.
Nevertheless, I learned a lot.

Like when to use "compare to", & when to use "compare with", when to use "differ from" & when to use "differ with", & "maybe" vs "may be" etc

Yes, the retropie image I used has games from NES to Dreamcast era (although DC needs a Rpi4 to run okay) and most arcade games during those eras.
It's mame though, so some games runs like ass lol
Honestly I'd take a couple of hundred good games instead of this gigantic pile of mishmash tbh, but I can't pick and choose lol

Edit: I tested the 5kg Dumbbell a bit. I think 5kg less heavy than I imagine. I will train with these, but I can see myself outgrow them maybe in a few months time or less. We will see.

Possible job opportunity for me in a city that's closer to my hometown, doing similar things I do now with more responsibility and probably better pay. IDK if 5-10k more a year is worth a massive change in life from what I've built here. Could definitely use the extra income though

Managed to jog 3 times this week. 2 times normal jog (but 40% walking as my ankles sored until warmed up), one-time walk/slow jog with 3.5kg (7.7 pounds) weight in my backpack.

Later, will be shopping for a new pair of running shoes. The old one gave way & I believe caused the ache on my ankles), maybe a basketball for some chill exercise when I am in no mood to run.
