I am a slave to routine. i work out at lunch time. if I don't then I can fall off the training wagon for weeks.I really wish I had a good 9 to 5 job instead of my messed up work schedule. I would do that after work to.

I was a sprinter. Mainly stuck to 100 and 200, but was sometimes put in the 400 for relays.What did you do for events? I threw javelin and discus for my college. I was the only thrower under 6' and under 250 :/

Yeah, 400s are not my friend lol.400 is the worst! I used to run that before I realized most people were faster than me.
