Bought an old 80's road bike last weekend, been riding it every chance I get to. My city is extremely bikeable and I just put 11 miles on these ol legs today.
On top of that, start lifting again, trying to take it a bit more seriously. Not trying to get yoked, but want to feel stronger for sure.
