For the most part its some ignorance or fanboyness yes. The Sony show was much better then MS and the internet wide polls show this.
Blinded by fanboyness opinions suck and that goes for Sony fanboys as well.
People are entitled to their opinions, people also said Sony won last e3 as well and I think that was even worse than this years.
I voted for MS because they're bringing exclusives this year that I actually am psyched to play, games that make the console worth owning this holiday.
By the end of this year I will have played Halo 1, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 4, Halo 5, Sunset Overdrive, Forza Horizon 2, Fable Legends and Ori. All awesome, all exclusive and I don't know how anyone who owns both consoles couldn't be excited about that.
I'm not going to condemn anyone for the games they want, but I have the option to play all of the multiplats that are coming to PS4 on my Xbone, besides that the exclusives leave a lot to be desired for this year. If Uncharted, Blood Born and the Order were coming out 2014, we'd be having a different conversation but for 2014 I that's just how I see it.
Does that make me an Xbot? I think it's a perfectly reasonable perspective to have given that information.

I would say Nintendo (surprisingly). They were the only ones to surprise me.
MS and Sony had many great games and the Xbox One and PS4 are much better consoles than the Wii U due to third party support alone but they pretty much showed everything that I expected them to show. I could have predicted 75-80% of MS and Sony's E3 2014 conferences last year.
Wii U had unique looking games outside of Zelda and I was surprised by that. So yeah, Nintendo "won" in my opinion.

I typed "who won E3 2014" into google. First page, couple of sites say Nintendo, a couple say Sony, a couple say MS... most of the Sony won sites say by the smallest of margins.
This year, no way was there a clear cut winner. Each show had its merits and failures. MS's was constant games, no megatons. Sony had some shocks, but sagged with boring parts in the middle, Nintendo were just their every E3 selves.
Well I own both and MS didn't show much worth mentioning for my tastes coming in 2014...
Forza Horizons is way to soon Sunset looks comically goofy/corny,Fable Legends I am interested in but is it even coming this year and could possibly be a letdown as I Loathe the other Fable games and Ori is not my type of game.They didn't ease concerns of the technical limitations in anyway as most of what they showed was pre-rendered To me MS put on a way better show last year then this year.BTW Those 3rd party games will prob look and play better on the PS4 and that's reason enough for anyone who mainly plays 3rd party games to get a 4.
They kinda did with the Gears Skull during the "Xbox One is more fun" montage at the end of their show.
...Unless they are, you know, interested in more than just 3rd party games. Halo Collection for example may very well be the Xbox One's "Mario All Stars". Incredible value there. PS4 and Xbox One should do very well this Holiday season.
Or Demon Souls. But we were comparing Halo 5's possible sales to Bloodborne and you used Dark Souls (maybe 2) as an example because Bloodborne is to be similar.

I said Bloodborne could/would possibly outsell Halo 5 the next game in the declining series.
Uncharted 4 most definitely will outsell H5 as TLOU R will outsell Halo MCC.

How is Horizon too soon? The last one came out two years ago.
Also Fable Legends is coming this year. All games that are coming out this year, they showed gameplay.
If you prefer TLoU and Driveclub and slightly better looking multiplats over all of that, that is fine and well. I'm not going to call you a Sonybot for the opinion.

It is on what the topic has become and that is Xboys voting based on bias..I jumped into the convo didn't start it.

"Obvious after a bad showing?" Who made you king of all E3 opinions? Sony was the only one to show media/apps at their conference and it killed the flow of their show. So yes, I think MS did better than Sony at E3. If Sony didn't do the media/apps talk, I would have thought that Sony had a (slightly) better show overall than MS.
Stealth trolling? No. I got banned for making a reply in a Trials Fusion 900p resolution thread about why a person could still be attracted to a console that didn't have the best looking third party games in its gen. Me bringing up PS1, PS2, and PS3 to prove that point was somehow thought as "off topic" though.
So if you are going to talk about my temporary ban at GAF (for some off topic, random reason) you could at least get the reason for it right.

You actually have to ask me why a new Forza in less then a year after F5 isn't to soon!? Come on bro. TLOU I prefer strongly and Drive Club I don't care for(rather have F5) but will DL the free version. LBP 3 looks great and if Fable Legends is coming and plays better then the other terrible IMO games in the series..I am very excited for it. Sunset looks dumb(i wanna be wrong)

A bought a Wii U last year after Nintendo's horrible, laggy/choppy Nintendo Direct.You seriously make no sense what so ever. And yeah, I don't see a reason to buy a PS4 in 2014 when all of the PS4 games I'm interested in come out in 2015 and the Xbox One will have all of the third party games I'm interested in. Not spending $400 just for "better AA".
