Rift Apart is amazing. Raytracing plus 60 fps is best balanced mode. Or if you want extreme fidelity, the 40fps 120hz mode is bomb.

I actually picked up Diablo 2 Resurrected for like $12 off an Xbox sale. I honestly had never played it (I dabbled in D3). Going to try and blast through that before D4 comes out, which is probably not realistic.

It is fun going back to the old school games that would explain nothing to you.

Finished Jedi Survivor and Bramble and Hoa.

Bramble and Hoa were great. Jedi Survivor was fine.

Hoa is a Games for Gold. Short and sweet platformer.

Was looking for something shorter to play before Diablo 4 launches so I’m finally playing the SW Battlefront 2 campaign. Pretty cool, like playing as the Empire and seeing a few events so far from a different prospective.

This weekend:

- Want to finish R&C Rift Apart. Currently 8-9 hours in.
- Picked up the first 2 AC Valhalla DLCs yesterday so wanna put a dent in Wrath of the Druids.
- Forza Horizon 5. I'm addicted to photo mode.

Finished with Diablo 4 (PC) and Trine 4 (co-op w/friend)

Starting...
- System Shock Remake (PC)
- AC Odyssey (Game Pass Console)
- Dead Island 2 (co-op w/friend)

A VRChat world called the Thad Recursive Room.

There are 3 copies of everything including you. You're in a house and on a table is a miniature version of the house and you can see yourself in it following every movement you do. If you reach in puttiing your hand in front of the miniature you, a giant version of your hand appears in front of your face because you also control a giant version of yourself.

You can also pick up the model house which causes the house your in to move because the giant you is doing the samething.

It's hard to convey what this is like but it's an exteme mind bending trippy experience.

I wish I could find a video of it on YouTube. I might try to make one even though my computer doesn't have the best frames when running OBS and games at the same time.

I have heard you can pickup a small fishing hook on a string, dangle it in the house in front of the small you, then a giant one appears in front of you. You can then try to grab it and hold on so the giant you is lifting you up just as you are now lifting the small you up.

It is a major mindfvck

Diablo 4 - trying to get a good build and get past the capstone.

I might jump in to a little MW2 just because it is 2xp and battle pass. I "bought" it, only to spend the coins I already had.

Finished RE2 remake in 3 days just last night. Great game and perfect length IMO. Took about 9 hours ? Decided to go with Claire this time.

Continued FF 16 last night from where I stopped after the demo. The boss fights are epic and the music is so damn good. They need to win OST of the year in the Game Awards 2023. The combat and story keeps getting better and better, just finished the Eikonic Challenge part from the demo that was integrated into the story. Can't wait to see what's next ! Only complaints so far is the performance drops when the map opens up and the menu UI response sometimes is delayed or lagging. Hopefully a patch comes out soon to fix the former. I've been switching back and forth and the performance is best during combat and when exploring larger open areas , graphics mode is better. I have been playing around with both modes.

I didn't care or in the mood for Assassin's Creed Odyssey. I dropped that and tried a few titles and landed on Ghostwire Tokyo. I'm really enjoying it.

Done a bit of gaming the past couple weekends.

PS5: Legacy of thieves collection - really enjoyed unchartered 4 and playing through the rogue legacy expansion which is a cool change of pace with exploring the semi open jungle in the jeep.
Few hours into FF7 remake too and it's a good time so far, interesting story too.

Xbox: Anno 1800 - a great RTS series on console, controls don't feel as simple as say cities skylines but a huge time sink.
Ravenlok - fun little gamepass game.

Just killing time till starfield really don't care about anything else.
