The ability to play good games with a good controller. That's the only thing I care about. Luckily it'll be able to do that with the Xbox One.

The other features...I don't care about. My DVR is hooked up to my TV (it comes free with Cable) and my computer/smart phone is always just a couple feet away from me. I can use Redbox, view my fantasy football stats, search channels, etc just as easily with out my Xbox One.

I'll be leaving Kinect packed away and sell it on eBay in a few months if nothing good is announced and use the money to buy games. I don't care about it, it doesn't fit in my bedroom, and I don't want it in my main living room TV set up.

Honestly is it too much trouble to just have Kinect plugged in? Sure sure you can do everything without it, but you do know it's going to make things easier. People are too quick to dismiss it. Is it because it's adding $100 to the console? I just don't get it...

Those all yours? If so, wow that's awesome. I only have 1 faceplate and it's the TXB one.

no, couldn't stand that feature the picture was off the net. I'd rather they had the consoles available in different colors like cell phones.

There's no room in my bedroom to actually use it. And it'll look ugly in my entertainment system set-up in my living room. I have no intention of using it, so why take up space with it? It's pointless.

I just don't care about motion controlled gaming, it's not my cup of tea, I can see why some people do, but I don't. I work long hours and exercise a lot, when I'm ready to relax I don't want to be waving my arms around. And honestly, I don't see any advantages of using it in the games I like to play and plan on buying over the course of the next year. I'll hold off to E3 2014 and see if there's anything groundbreaking, but if it's same old, same old, off to eBay.

Some people don't like keyboards, some people don't like the playstation controller, some people don't like FPS or RPGs. I don't care for motion controls. It's not that weird. Listen to some podcasts from Giantbomb or Shacknews or Joystiq or IGN, which are filled with some of the best games journalism vets, none of them seem to find much use for it either.

If everyone has one...who would buy one?

There's a thing called kids, accidents, spills, falls, and hardware failure.

There's also this thing called warranty.

Accidents? Kids? Spills? Falls? That's not covered with most warranties. Why are you so obsessed with how I sell it? I'll send you a PM if/when I do, if that makes you happy. There are buyers for everything on eBay. I'll even ask the buyer why they are getting another one, just for you.

Not obsessed, just being a smarmy ass :)

I'm looking forward to the exclusives games I can't play anywhere else. Quantum Break is a great start, as the past couple of years I lost interest in X1 exclusives and bought a PS3 to try something different. If I get some more stuff like QB then I'll be back on the bandwagon. Anyways, apart from that everything else will just be an added bonus.

- Dedicated servers
- Cloud
- New matchmaking and rep systems
- Kinect 2 for Kinect Fitness and zapping your likeness into a game. Kinect Sports Rivals is just the beginning. I bet more games will allow it in the future

The features built around Kinect 2 are what I am looking forward to most. The voice controls for everything. The ability to tell when I am looking at the screen or not. The control of other entertainment boxes through Kinect IR blaster is also cool.

There's a lot of cool features. But as with my PS4, I'll have to wait to get my hands on it to see which ones are important to me.

The TV integration and voice commands sounds cool since I don't have any devices that feature anything similar.

I'm interested in seeing how the Cloud will affect the industry going forward.

Specs and features aside, X1 also has a great batch of launch games and launch period games. Tons of games, exclusives and most importantly variety. Gaming has enough brown and grey military shooters. Don't need a flood of them at launch.

To me it is the seemless dashboard and how you can multitask with ease between programs on the system. It is so fluid with no hang up what so ever. A huge improvement over the slower 360 dash.

My favorite feature on any new console is the the first game that compels me to buy that console, and so far, that looks like Titanfall. Of course Kinect is a unique feature, but not a system seller, by itself.

My favorite feature will be that ohh s*** moment. What I mean is, when I realize something new, and just that dealing comes over you thinking. Im playing the future of gaming, right now.
I had the experience on each console since the super Nintendo, my second console.

I had that feeling last generation when I started playing Condemned.

There was the in-game intro and then went into gameplay. I didn't know that I had control of my character.
During Xbox/PS2 era there was a stark difference between cinemas and in game visuals.

Hopefully we'll experience those moments again in few weeks.
