I haven't had a drink in 8 years. But when I did it was Makers Mark, 3 fingers and no ice. Can still smell it lol
personally found it to be relaxing whereas beer just made me want to go pee. Wine is just meh

Woodford Reserve is pretty special
I am into good craft beer. My favorite go to brewery is Sierra Nevada. Quality/Price they can't be beat. I also love Sam Adams/Founders/Odell/New Belgium/Stone/Dogfish Head/Deschuttes/Abita/ Etc.
Heck I just love Beer. I am not a fan of Sour ales though. Favorite styles of beer are Porters/Stouts,IPA's,Strong Ales.

I *did like a bourbon barrel aged Imperial stout or porter but this was a weird one; a scotch ale aged in bourbon barrels. I not a fan of scotch ales or "wee heavy" ales and just adding the bourbon notes made me almost drain in it in the sink

I enjoy Tuaca and a good whiskey. I really don't like beer. Ever since I got really sick along time ago, I usually pass on it.
If I'm out at dinner, I'll have a glass of wine. I'll drink cider at home from time to time. At gatherings (playing games, etc.), bars, I'll have liquor....it's usually tuaca chilled.

It was definitely a top contender coming in. Unfortunately it looks like OJ is not going to have a true underdog story.
I don't drink as much these days. I don't drink as much beer or liquor when I go out to eat either. The mark up on the prices at restaurants is just ridiculous.
That said, I still like some tequila or vodka when watching movies. Quick buzz, less bathroom trips, great for a movie night. Ranchero Silver tequila and Luksusowa vodka have been my choices lately due to the price vs taste.

Had some fantastic stuff from Karl Strauss Brewery over the weekend. They are from San Diego and not distributed very far. My buddy picks em up for me when he goes there on business.

I keep seeing these Bourbon County bottles (here and WCG). Are they amazing or something? They look impressive enough but I don't really go for dark beers.
Just read up on these rare bottles. Impressive process but I think I'd hate it.
I don't like bourbon too much but a good stout brewed in a bourbon cask is the nectar of the gods.

Nice. Good stuff. I have one from a few years back aging. I have a vertical Bigfoot going too. I might open a 2013 Stone Russian Imp Stout I have this weekend.
