Nice. Good stuff. I have one from a few years back aging. I have a vertical Bigfoot going too. I might open a 2013 Stone Russian Imp Stout I have this weekend. ;)
I had one from 7 years ago and opened it up last winter. I would say 5-7 years is max as this tasted like a port wine and the bourbon taste was just about non existent.

OJ all the way. Don't drink alcohol, but when I tried different ones, beer taste disgusting, liquor tastes ever worse, holy water burns, and piss is well pis, non alcoholic apple cider is real good.

Now I had a buddy get some hemp beer.
He went up to Washington on a business trip. Seen it and bought as much as he could.
Reason: In case he got dropped at work. Which he did, and it worked,Brung in a case of it after they told him he failed.
They told him it would be the only time this would happen. Then sent out a company wide letter banning any hemp made products.Even soap, and toilet paper.

I like getting lit, but I don't like the taste of any alcoholic beverage. I prefer the most watered down tasting beer I can find(Coors Light, Natty Light). Straight liquor is out of the question. Ive coughed liquor across a bar more than once. My favorite mixed drink is probably a B-52. I don't like anything sweet. Wine is a lazy buzz. Just reading my post a person might think Im a lightweight, but I can drink 18-24 beers when I set out to get lit. Whats weird is the first few beers I drink make me sneeze. I don't know if I have a mild yeast allergy or what. Ive never met anyone else that does that.

If you don't like sweet then never drink mead. It's like a sweet, weird honey flavoured syrupy thing. I quite like it actually.

I drink infrequently, and I can drink most anything, but my go-to is vodka, because nothing that tastes good stops tasting good if you add vodka to it.

Bringing this back from the dead. Recently started drinking whiskey. 34 and outside of beer I've only tried rum and vodka maybe a dozen times. Whiskey is something I've wanted to try but never got to it until this weekend. Picked up some Makers Mark to try and it's not bad. Anyone else drink and have a favorite?

My driving job put me in a situation of being sober while gone for almost 2 weeks on the road. I think that messed with my alcohol tolerance a little bit so I kind of backed off from the strong craft beer I used to drink and hard liquor. I recently almost bought some Jack Daniels but thought why bother.

I've switched to just drinking dry red wine which for some reason I tolerate more easily than I ever did drinking beer. Aside from the alcohol, I think some beers randomly made me feel full or a little bloated in the gut. Wine has never done this. I'm also far less likely to feel any hangover from Wine depending on the type or brand.

My main preference is Zinfandel wines followed closely by Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Merlot. Recently, I've been enjoying Coppola brand wines which are owned by the film director Francis Ford Coppola.

This Cab wine BORN OF FIRE is my current favorite but it's pricey. It's more expensive here than when I lived in Wisconsin which sucks, but at least I can find it. Maybe I could locate it in another store.

I'd buy it just for the name and artwork.

The taste actually lives up to it's title and branding. It is very good with a toasted spice character in it.

Known by locals as
"The Burn"...

...the region home to Borne of Fire wines earned its name after the annual blazes set upon its fields by early agricultural settlers. As a nod to its namesake, we set one final, commemorative burn to the land before our grapes took root.

Located in the southwest corner of the Columbia Valley, The Burn sees one of the longest and warmest growing seasons in the state. With soil rich in clay, fierce winds, and the Columbia River rushing by its side, The Burn quickly found its calling as an unparalleled wine growing region.

We did Christmas Presents already and for some reason my parents got me this Christmas Sparkling White Wine. Eewwww.

I'm not sure what I'll do with it. I think White Wine is way to sweet and tastes vile.

So happy, my cousin got me a coquito (not sure if spelling right) which is like a puerto rican eggnog of sorts. Not a eggnog mind you, but in that group of creamy beverages filled with alcohol. It's delicious but I'm holding on to it to share with good friends.

My favorite is Jack Daniels and Sprite. When I want to go the cheaper route I like Seagrams 7 and 7 Up.

Beer wise whatever I’m in the mood for. My wife likes wine but I’m not much of a wine fan.

Videodrome I was going to just reply in the Happy New Years thread but remembered this one. I've never been a wine person, and up until this Christmas the only time I tried it (red but don't remember brand) it was way too damn sweet/sugary. At Christmas I tried another red and really liked it. Also don't remember what it was but it as more dry I guess? Don't know much about wine but reading about tannins on a website it mentions an example being cabernet sauvignon, which is the same as your Borne of Fire mention, so might have to see if I can find it around here.

Sweet Wine is vile. I don't like White Wine at all. I think sometimes Red White blends are attempted or the Red Wine has to much of a sweet ingredient like cherry added. Or some questionable Box Wines.

Sometimes there are gimmicky seasonal wines that don't have the greatest balance in ingredient flavors or have to much of a fruit flavor.

They had the Borne of Fire so picked it up. May give it a whirl tonight.

Ok so since I'm an official wine drinker now I decided to buy some decent glasses. Got ones specific for cabernet sauvignon since I have tried a couple of those and enjoyed them. I don't think I'm crazy when I say it did make a difference over a generic drinking glass. But it's hilariously large.
