Sony Dropping PlayStation Now Support for PS3, PS Vita and More; Will Be Exclusively on PS4 and PC
Sony drops a bomb on most of the devices supporting PlayStation Now, leaving only PS4 and PC as the smoke clears.

Today Sony Interactive Entertainment hit PlayStation Now users with rather surprising (or maybe not so surprising) news about the service.
The company intents to shift focus of the service exlusively to PS4 and PC “to further develop and improve the user experience on these two devices.”
“This move puts us in the best position to grow the service even further. If you use any of the above devices, we want to give our heartfelt thanks for your support, and we hope you’ll continue with us. Remember that all of your PS Now cloud game saves can easily be accessed on both PS4 and Windows PC.”
Support for the following devices will be discontinued on August 15th.
While it’s a bit difficult to interpret the consequences and reasons of the move for now, I guess the many predictions we heard of a PlayStation brand moving to a service available on many device instead of a home console, might have been just a bit premature.
