I like walking sims and really enjoyed The Chinese Room's other game, Everyone Gone to the Rapture but....I read this game is about 90 minutes playtime. That is seriously short. Going to have to be an impulse buy some night I am in the mood.

The nice thing too is that the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions are all getting a visual upgrade over the original. The thing I noticed right away was the lack of front facing grass textures. A big plus. It ruined emmersion in the original. And apparently the game is running on Unity 5 for the console versions.

I'm missing Andy around here. When I saw this game the first thing I thought was, "Wow, here's something that Andy (and me) would love!". Then I thought about his obscure game thread here and how it's been ignored since he left.

So, from the Cyan studio, the folks behind Myst and Riven, I bring you "Obduction". Coming in early 2017 on both PS4 and PSVR.

Maybe we can find more games like this to post here to make Andy salivate and he'll have no choice but to come back to us.

Both What Remains of Edith Fitch and Little Nightmares have/ come out this week and are getting pretty stellar reviews. Has anyone played either yet, I'm pretty interested in both.

What remains of Edith Finch is interesting.

I haven't read any reviews for it, and went in pretty much blind. It's really story heavy, and I think a lot of your enjoyment will depend on how much you can enjoy a rather tacky storyline.

My son has played that. I haven't though, but I watched him. It's pretty cool.
