Captain America: The Winter Soldier [New poster included!]

Just saw the movie. Very nice, indeed. So many information all in one movie!! So much easter eggs everywhere! I really want to go back and watch it again but gotta save it for Amazing Spider-Man 2 and new X-Men next month. But yeah, Cap2 was definitely great, just like everyone else said on the net.
 
My girlfriend was impressed with how much it tied into the first one and other Marvel films.

We got home and she immediately wanted to watch Cap1 and we did, and she seemed to enjoy it even more than the first time she saw it.

She was really wowed with the foresight, like how Bucky was being experimented on, sniping, falling into the icy river, Dr. Zola striking a deal with the SSR, Hydra agents already infiltrating the US government as well as the Howard Stark/Iron Man connection, the Tesseract/Asgard etc.

We really enjoyed it! We enjoyed the first one too! It was also cool how they showed Peggy and how she was a founding member of SHEILD all those years later. I was surprised she was still alive! LOL

BTW....the ending clip (past the credits) was awesome!
Baron Von Strucker and Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch in the next movie!!!!!!

I saw the Easter eggs in a reversed order... Made it very irritating as one of those scenes was a waste of time..

I cannot believe I didn't catch that pulp fiction nod at the end, lol.

Overall CATWS was a-maz-ing. I loved nearly every second of it. Those that say it's better than Avengers are not lying because it is in almost every single regard.

IMO the only thing Avengers had over Winter Soldier is the humor and how each of the personalities played off each other.

I simply cannot wait for Avengers 2, it's going to be crazy good, I just know it.
 
I went in having low expectations for Captain America 2, and just wow. wow wow wow. Near perfect movie.

Makes me doubly sad that Sony is maintaining their greedy grip on the Spider Man property. Will be boycotting Spidey the Sony cash grab reboot #2. Sony should let a real movie company make it instead.
 
Yeah, they knocked it out of the park with this one. Plain awesome. Also surprised to see Quicksilver and Scarlett Witch in there. Perhaps a sign of X-Men crossing into the Marvel Studios sphere? Haven't checked, but were those the same actors as in Days of Future Past?

Nope. Different actors. The Fox Company has not used Scarlett Witch in the movie (yet). That little girl that sat on Quicksilver's lap? Fox claimed that it isn't Scarlett, lol. Oddly, Fox and Disney are allow to use the same character, Quicksilver, for their movies. In Disney's world, when it comes to Quicksilver, they are not allow to use the words "Mutant" and "Magneto." Fox can. What Fox can't is they're not allow to mention anything about The Avengers or whatsoever.

What a strange world we're living in. I do wish Fox give up all the rights of X-Men/Fantastic Four to Disney, though.

surprised that the two Hulk movies did not gross more than the two F4 movies

Also OMG look where Avengers rank after just 1 movie... Spider-Man has, what, 4 movies released under Sony Pictures with 1 more on the way.
 
Also they need to make a better Ghost Rider movie. I loved him in the comics but the movie with Cage 'My hair is a bird' was the biggest pile of s*** this side of a New Jersey landfill.

I must be in minor group but I thought the first movie (Extended Cut Version) was pretty good for the first movie about Ghost Rider. The second movie, Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, was 'okay' overall and thought it was bit too short. It did not do well compare to the first movie at the Box Office. Now that Marvel Studios owns Ghost Rider, I am eagerly to see what they can do with him in the future. The same goes for Daredevil. Hell, they could include both them in The Avengers movies if they want to!
 
I thought some other studio did the Hulk films but were also happy to co operate with Marvel?
