show me actual gameplay that looks like that. I've seen a lot of videos on the net and it only looks like that during cutscenes and not actual battles. During battles the textures get a major downgrade. No it doesn't X_x

I posted RECENT actual gameplay...
When I first saw the game I thought it was cool since I love that era... until they showed the QTE, but that wasn't what killed the game for me. It was when I watched more video and saw those sh%t animations.Which is why I stopped paying attention to the game until recently when I saw another video, and the freaking solider started shooting thunder from the sky. I was like WTF...thought the game was suppose to be kind of realistic.Exactly. During actual gameplay, textures, animations, etc.
We're talking about Ryse now?
Sure it does, lol.
Show me actual user controlled gameplay where the faces look like that.
have you not seen all the single player videos? it looks wonderful.
Yes, I have.
Show me a vid, that is better than Crysis 3.
Yeah not a big deal. Alot of people will make it that way especially fans that are loyal to Ms/Sony. Won't be no difference.http://www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1rqqa5o
Doesn't really matter to me. My tv is 1366x768. Was planning on getting a 1080p set at launch, but ill wait till maybe summer.
There is no 50% gap.Yeah it's unfortunate.
But the writing WAS on the wall.. 50% power gap on the GPU is difficult to overcome.
Hopefully games that make full use of all of Xbox One's bells and whistles can come closer than a >100% native resolution difference.
The biggest part of this news for me, as it doesn't really upset me since most multi-plats I'll probably buy on PC: Despite it validating what I've been saying since the XBO vs. PS4 spec rumors became fairly solid and then verified... I don't want to be on the internet anymore because Sony Fanboys are going to be throwing parades and it's hard for me to stomach why they get so happy over a product having more power than another.
Holy crap I downloaded this earlier and just watched it. Until the PS4 buttons icons popped up I thought this had to be on PC it looks friggin amazing.Watched the new DF footage, downloaded both XB1 and PS4 2gb files. Yes the contrast/black level issue is still there, but they should be otherwise comparable.
The XB1 version being technically inferior is very obvious to me when watching at 60 fps, screencaps don't do it justice. Lots of jaggies and shimmering/mosaic patterns especially on objects in the distance, noticeably larger framerate drops (especially in the crumbling building scene with fire effects), no AA/AO, and cheaper motion blur. The upped contrast ratio doesn't impress me any more than upping the contrast ratio on my TV would.
Subjectively the PS4 version looks more impressive to me in motion. And the tech facts back it up.
Yeah, nothing I have seen thus far beats Crysis 3, but then Crysis 3 is a boring, terrible game. Although the BF4 SP looks very tasty.
They won't realize. People are to clueless, lazy and stubborn now adays and most can't except the truth lolThe amount of ignorance pouring out of this issue is unbelievable.
Wii U is 1080p? OMFG! Wii U is better than the Xbox One!
When will people realize resolution and graphical fidelity are two different things?
That explains the Blacklight Avatar.
why, because I don't agree with fanboy bs?
I'm saying other than fanboys no one really cares. People why buy the X1, and X1 version of multiplats because they don't care about which is better, the only ones that do are the 'hardcore', which is usually made up of fanboys of one side or another. It's one thing to discuss the resolution, its another entirely to try and rub things in other's faces.FPS drops and resolution can effect gameplay. Not majorly, but it's wrong to say "there will be no effect".
MS did much to provoke the resolution debate with their misleading DF interviews and guys like Penello fanning the flames on Neogaf. We've heard "offloading upscale balance shape custom upclock tiled resources latency bottleneck" over and over and it pretty much turned out to be bunk. Now that the facts are causing a backfire, you're going to tell people to ignore the differences and focus on games? I think not.
Now we're down to apologizing for poor tools/rushed development when before it was all "We invented DirectX" and "MS are experts at software"! It's been said many times, but even once XB1 gets a handle on its dev tools and ESRAM difficulties, the hardware gap is insurmountable.
Making a populist argument, because "real gamers buy games to play"? Okay. Here's what the numbers say so far about which system is more popular (hint: it's not in XB1's favor).

The denial in the face of reality is the only reason these conversations continue.
