If my plan for a good time involved convincing her to participate, I would definitely have to be on to my own.

The best part of Crackdown for me was always the single player part of the game. No way it won't have it. I think that the reason they talk about it so much is that the multi player in the second was mediocre and they also want to pimp their use of the cloud.

That's kind of old though, I'm worried they are shifting focus on this thing, the destruction or lack thereof is of no concern to me.
I want a decent single player, and I have a feeling they are going to be concerned that a less visually spectacular singleplayer will be a detriment to the game's perception.
The MP in the second was awesome, 4 player online, I had a lot more fun in CD2 than the first game.
Didn't play too much of it to be honest but the couple of times I did I remember thinking there were too many rocket explosions. Now, co-op....hoping the co-op mode is a ton of fun].
