edited: I am no longer a fan of reviews for games, I think I might listen to Eurogamer. I understand those who do. I just have grown out of reviews. I know this is from Digital Foundry and not a review per say, but it is really the only things I care about:

"I can understand the disappointment for those expecting the 'power of the cloud' to manifest in the single-player game, but it should be clear that Sumo Digital's Crackdown 3 was never intended to feature such destruction. Honestly, I'm not sure it would make sense. With a focus on collecting orbs and platforming, being able to take down structures would break the level design. The city itself is also far more complex in terms of design compared to Wrecking Zone - and indeed the cityscapes revealed in those older demos. But just to stress it one more time - what you do get really is a proper Crackdown sequel that honours the concept of the original while delivering visuals worthy of current generation hardware. It looks great, plays just as you would expect from a Crackdown game and runs smoothly too - especially so on Xbox One X. "

I have a code for a free month. I'll probably give this a whirl at some point.

This is all I care about. I'll get my $2 worth of it from Gamepass I'm sure. Just give me Co-Op and I'm a happy camper.

So terrible visuals.
30 fps
Fake 4k
Terrible reviews...

MS needs to clean house!

The DF video seems to think the visuals are pretty good, if not pushing the envelope. The video actually allays some of my visual fears, though nothing can be done about the animation...

Not just think actually praises the visuals but Val can just ignore that

Well, game looks great according to DF, so they shouldn't feel ashamed of that.
Honestly, it's just good game is out, even if it's going to be considered a bad game by critics, at least now ms can finally move on and fanboys from either side can let it go.

They don't wanna go into the next gen with turds like this.

Forza Horizon 4 alleviates some of the pain and Gears 5 needs to end up good.

Well, then it's good it's out now. Honestly didn't have high hopes, I guess I'll play it, but mainly for Terry. It's "free" for me, I'm not paying for gamepass bc of this game so I'm fine with game being mediocre.

I'm really interested in seeing it with HDR on my TV. DF even says at the end that it looks and plays great.

Gamepass is a god-send, and I will definitely post my impressions. I don't trust reviews anymore either...
