Game Lineup Comparisons v. 1.4

Most exclusive games that won GOTY awards last gen were on the PS3 followed by the Wii with the 360 exclusives being almost non existed...PS4 games NOT ON XBOX ONE are rated higher then games not on the ps4. Bloodborne will win at the least a handful of GOTY awards. Don't need a crystal ball just actual experience with the game and reading through countless of threads and reviews praising the game to see this happening. Don't see a Xbox One EXCLUSIVE game outscoring it or getting more GOTY awards(in 2015). PLUS more PS4 games NOT ON XBOX ONE came out and are coming which could also outscore games just on XBO.

The ps4 games are remasters though, maybe 1-2 indies. 2015 isn't over again.

Also, those highly rated games aren't received well by the community as they don't sell very well.

I forgot to mention backwards compatibility is a strong case on xb1.

I don't own a 360 anymore but suddenly my games library will be increase by over 100 games very soon, many of which I never played.

XB1 definitely has the stronger lineup without BC, but its not even close with it.

*waits for downplay of BC

I think Scalebound could bring over 100-200k playstation gamers that never owned 360, they will suddenly get a massive games library. They've been ok with playing old games from ps3 already, so this will be right up their alley.

From what I have gathered from this thread is we all have systems with games that nobody buys. I wonder what we are all playing?

Thank god for niche games...if it wasn't for the niche Witcher 3, Forza 5, and Destiny, I would have nothing to play.

A PS4, an Xbox One and a Wii U are in a bar trying to chat up a lady.

They all fail.

Why?

None of them has game(s)!

That's gold, you can have that one for free.

Which highly rated games didn't fair well? Sony hasn't released too many AAA games yet this year, and the ones I do know of, like Bloodborne, did fairly well. Unless you are just talking about The Order 1866, in which case the game was terriblly boring and sales reflected that I'm sure.

BB scored well, but only sold between 1-1.5 million. Now, that's not terrible by any means, but when you consider Forza 5 outsold that game when xb1's its install base was 1/5 what ps4's was at the time BB released. Also, MS has heavy hitters coming this fall. Also, BB lead sony's heavy hitters in 2015. I think they meant for UC4 to carry the load.

I'm going to shut this thread down, as it's getting a bit long. I'll open up a new one in a minute.
