Going to be a tough choice. I haven't played Far Cry 4 yet and I'm not anywhere near far enough into DA:I to know for sure yet. Also am yet to play Sunset Overdrive but I do own it.

Had to go with Wolfenstein.
 
Going with morder out of this list. the one i played and it's fun as s***.
 
Wolfenstein. Only other game I've played on that list was Evil Within which was really good as well. Bonus shoutouts for DKC: Tropical Freeze and Super Smash Bros.
 
Tough call. TF or FH2. Went with TF since I played it a ton more and more of a shooter fan.
 
Tough choice between DA:I and Titanfall but went with titanfall as it brought so many new mechanics to a stale shooter genre.
 
^ If Titanfall would'v had a decent SP campaign then there wouldn't be a discussion. Try harder next time,guys.

Can you name a predominately multiplayer FPS which has a decent Single player ? You likely can, but they are very rare. Hell, good Single player in the FPS genre as a whole is not exactly common, especially in more recent times.

Yeah, you're right.....it's rare. I can't think of others.

Still deserves game of year for me. It broke a very tired mold and did it excellently.
 
Dragon Age Inquisition for me. Has issues but was the most fun and complete game I've played all year.
 
Man that's a tough one. I loved TF, I loved the new Wolfenstein and I haven't yet played enough of FC4 to make a judgement, though its been a blast so far and I never did play FC3. I also have SO still all cozily wrapped up in its shrink wrap waiting for me...
 
Dragon Age for me, just an awesome, awesome game. Of the other games on that list that I've played I'd rank them Shadow of Mordor next, Wolfenstein and Destiny last. Destiny had so much potential, I had fun playing it but it was still an incredible let down. Have not played Far Cry yet so that list could change but I still think Dragon Age would be my number one

That's what this is. The only console that isn't represented here is the Wii U. That's because the selection is based on the other thread (mentioned in the OP), and no Wii U title got more than a single vote in the other thread.
 
If anyone wants to add another game to the poll, in the place of the two that haven't gotten any votes, I'll do that. I just need someone to nominate it, and another person to "second" it. Since they've already been mentioned, I'll put SSB or Bayonetta on, if anyone seconds them.
 
Okay, amigaengine I'll second that myself. Bayonetta 2 is added to the poll. So is Alien: Isolation, which I noticed I missed when I re-read the earlier thread. Div 2 and Evil Within are out, because neither got any votes, and I figure it's better to use the spots for games that people will actually vote for.
 
The poll is making me think I need to take another look at Mordor. Seemed like a cliched action game at first glance, but there must be more to it. Also, I need to remember to play Wolfenstein one of these days.
