If you have PS+ you have 1GB of cloud space for saves. But double check to see if the save is there because heard ppl who have nba 2k14 had the cloud keep saving on different files which filled it up quickly.

sold the tablet, getting the $$$ for the PS3 tomorrow getting PS4 hopefully by friday if not by saturday YES *fist pump*.
soon maybe not launch day but soon with my crazy work schedule I really only play on weekends the most I only have the PS4 Tomb Raider at the moment.
got it all hooked up and updated and I am loving it it is crazy fast, I click on PS store and POOF I am there 
So I sold all my old crap and with the money, bought a PS4. I wasn't going to, but now that Diablo III: UEE is out, I wanted to play the definitive version of the game. I have 500 hours logged into Diablo 3 across multiple platforms and show no sign of slowing; it's just the game I can play non-stop and the only game I play with my friends couch co-op.
Anyways, I only have the one game (D3) so what should I get? I mainly enjoy RPGs and games where you upgrade your stuff, but occasionally I do enjoy shooters (single player, not MP) and stuff. I was eyeing Tomb Raider or perhaps the new Wolfenstein game. ANy recommendations?

Last of us is a really good game if u have never played it on ps3, the story is awesome and there is a mp component if u are into competitive mp. Destiny is the next big game out, the coop modes alone on that will be amazing but its pretty much a mmo though.
All of these are solid games:
KZ: SF
Infamous SS
Tomb Raider DE
Wolfenstein TNO
Child of Light
TLoU remastered
Resogun
Transistor
Metro Redux
Sportsfriends wich is free for PS+ people in Europe now, seems amazing if you have some people to play on-couch-coop with. :-)
All the games within that collection is focus very hard on local multiplayer up to 4 player, there is only one game wich require move.
But the 3 other games are controller based. Reccomend you check out some let's play's on youtube and see if it's something for you.
The Last of Us is really good option for the shooter with RPG-like upgrade elements - the main upgrade your stuff dosn't start until 6 hours in or so, but after that it's sounds like the perfect game for you.
- Infamous also have a RPG elements where you upgrade your powers, etc.
DC:UO is free to play, MMORPG.
Tomb Raider and Far Cry also seems like something you'd enjoy.
Not new one, but just went back from Town & saw the Destiny bundle at 399€, & standard at 399€! LOL at anyone getting the standard console.
I think its a very good deal, almost wanted to pick one up (actually I did pick one up but put back) but then I remember it required online to play, & I do not want to pay for online service. Haha. Also the fact that I do not think I will play the game, as I hardly play games these days anyway. And when I do, I have a big backlog of 3 games....
but its the most tempting so far for me to dive in next gen.

If i remember correctly. That initial bar is when you can start playing the game. It continues to install until its totally finished in the background. Its still a fairly quick process.
yeah, you are right.
i want it to finish the install process before boot up the game but as far as i researched there are no way to know the progress. some said wait untill the disc stop spinning so i guess i will do just that

My disk drive is acting up. It sucks the game in like usual, but spits it back out.
Browsing online they say it's an auto eject error. It probably happened that time when a disk was stuck and I ripped it out instead of taking the cover off and adjusting the screw like you're supposed to do.
I think I can still adjust it. But haven't tried yet.
I hope I don't have to send it in.

My PS4 fixed itself somehow.
I'm worried about the disk drive mechanism though. Something is off track in there.

Two more weeks and I'll be a part of the PS4 crew. I'm 44 and I feel like I'm 10 with Christmas just two weeks away. I have yet to see a PS4 or a One up and running in person, only video. It's going to be a great day.
Now I just have to figure out what games to get.

I got the inFAMOUS bundle since all the other bundles were sold out. Figures, I don't have the cash, bundles galore. I finally have the funds, nothing. Oh well, I heard it's good and I liked the other two games. I also picked up Madden 15 for $20 used. I haven't played a Madden since 2010 so I figured I'd give it a shot for that price.
I'll be getting more games in the upcoming weeks but can't go crazy. So happy to be part of the PS4 crew, finally!
