More content in March? All we need is 3-5 more Gardens & Graveyards maps! Right now! Gosh, that mode is fun.
that has nothing to do with servers or EAThese servers are s***. Last night managed to pull the wife into the same game as me. Tonight no luck. They leave absolutely no slack on the teams so rooms are always full meaning you have a 1 in 100000 s*** of dragging a friend into your game. f***ing EA. If you don't want to build a true party menu in you game at least f***ing set your matchmaking logarithm down a few notches so the rooms have space for friends to tag along.
Part of me really wants this but another part keeps telling me it will sadly be dead in a couple weeks.
The Pea Shooter does splash damage though. If you can't hit consistently with him in the chest/head, you can aim for the feet, it does like 10 damage as splash. If you use something like the Ice Pea Shooter keep in mind if you land three successful body shots, it will freeze the opponent, that's how you do it.Pea Shooter has such a small hit box it gives me trouble.
I have to side with the original poster. After years of playing on EA's servers, they are consistently average or very below average at times. Their customer service is horrible as well. It can't be every single game on EA's servers isn't programmed well. The same issues come up over & over in different titles. They compress information to save bandwidth as well. They had voice troubles on their servers forever. The servers are bad & EA never cares to improve them. The only reason they have their own servers isn't for us, it's because they want to make their own closed network & try to dominate the industry.EA arent the developers, they dont make the algorithms for matchmaking..the EA hate is getting so ridiculous, resulting in so many ignorant posts
They did do maintenance again last night, I got into games easier after that. Don't know if that is going to last, but it was better this morning. These servers are s***.
EA has dedicated servers. You connect to them to play any of EA's games. They are hosting the match per se. So if their servers suck (which they do a lot of the time) the direct results of that are filtered down to your end. They compress information to save bandwidth, it's been noted in many Battlefield videos. They also have their games update slower than other online games to save bandwidth. It's noted that BF4 in particular updates at a very slow rate compared to other shooters & this is mandated by EA's guidelines that they force on their developers. They have had trouble with their servers for years & a lot of it is their stingy greed. Their 'customer support' has been noted for many years to be poor because they address many band-aid troubleshooting solutions then hand it off saying it's your connection, equipment, Xbox overheating, etc. when they will never fix the root of the problem, their servers. Maps don't load correctly frequently, you get stuck in black screens, & voice chat has had many issues of there years on EA's servers.servers are just hosts, they have nothing to do with matchmaking... or party system
again, like the other guy you are totally off point..EA servers suck balls. When it's happening across multiple devs, multiple games, and all around launch, something is wrong beyond the devs. You let three of EA's devs use MS servers and I would bet that the launch would be way go over way better. EA either needs to learn how to give devs more time or give their devs greener pastures with servers that can actually work at launch while the problematic EA servers get fixed.
Last night, I was unable to connect to EA servers. When I booted up the game, the game said it was trying to connect to EA servers. We're not making this stuff up, we're not on some conspiracy theory against EA, this is actual stuff happening and it's happened across multiple games. People want to be able to play the game they paid their hard earned money for as soon as they get it. First time playing it, I could only play Garden Ops and I often had to play by myself because the game couldn't get me into a match. This has been happening across multiple games, multiple platforms, multiple devs, and multiple years. At this point, at least some of the blame has to go on EA's shoulders. Like I said, you get them better servers and you'll see better launches.again, like the other guy you are totally off point..
also servers are working just fine on PvZ, no big problems with connecting to games. but EA are getting blamed for not having party system in PvZ or not being easy to play with friends... that has nothing to do with EA or EA servers
I'm not going to argue with you anymore. You're right, dibils. Everything you say about EA is correct. They have top-notch servers & Matchmaking. They are one of the most treasured companies in the videogame industry over the past 15 years. They release nothing but polished, finished products each & every time & make sure their developers go over everything with a fine tooth comb. They are the leaders in innovation & they push their developers hard in the creativity department to add artistic touch to their products. They constantly improve their servers through helpful customer support & friendly service. Their Matchmaking runs flawlessly with each quality release....that has nothing to do with the quality of servers!
It's sloppy coding over & over & over & over for 15 years now.
This made me actually laugh out loud.Me, right now...
