Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare

Played the new stuff, enjoyed it. More excited about the new items though. The little imp which the All-Star throws has a different class of it's own which is cool. Haven't had any problems so far, other than being put together with s***ty teams in Gnome Bomb!
 
Can't believe how fun this game is. Super clever weapons and special abilities. My favorite right now is the Cactus.
 
Popcap have moved beyond being a puzzle game dev to a triple a dev or what?
I'm impressed anyway :txbsmile:
 
why when I mute people in this damn game I can still here them? I have these screaming kids annoying the hell out of me. , sounds like they are talking through there Kinect!!!!

Everyone is muted on my version.

Must be an xbox setting you can change...

I even plugged in my headset and there voice was still coming through my speakers!!! Its driving me crazy and I don't see any settings in game or in the console settings to fix this. Is anyone else having this issue? How do I fix this? Even my 10yr old daughter was saying how annoying it was
 
Hearing peoples voices through my tv with the PS3 and Xbox 360 used to piss me off, there must be a setting on the X1 you are missing....

Have you gone in through settings and made the change to voice and text to friends only?

That is the only way I know of for it to block anyone that I don't want to hear.

I didn't see this option in any settings but I will look again, where is it?
 
This game is so fun I can't stop playing it between infamous ss and titanfall I'm suprised my legs haven't atrophied. I agree about the yelling kids that's so damn annoying you should have an option to change their squeaky voice to James earl jones that would be cool lol.
 
Buddy played this and says if he had a XBO it would be a day one purchase if he owned one....anywayz it caused me to take a look @ it.
Can me and another XBL user split screen in competitive online multi-player?
 
Damn, I still can't beat Garden Ops on crazy mode. Can the difficulty be changed midgame or something? I've gotten into games where I thought it was crazy but it turned to just be hard. Some crazy witchcraft at work here.
 
The best way to beat crazy is to make sure you don't get the three matching bosses on the final wave.

My Stickerbook is full now, I unlocked everything in the game that's out so far, it makes me sad a bit. This is my favorite game on Xbox One honestly, the Gardens & Graveyards mode especially. I just want five more maps for that mode now!
 
Just got the game this weekend. It's like a cartoon version of COD. I think the novelty of this game will wear off fast.

Really? I thought it was more like TF2 myself. It has obvious inspirations from other MP shooters, but TF2 is the most glaringly obvious. Are you just sticking to classes that are purely shooter classes?

Mostly shooter classes. I have played TF2 like 4 times on Orange Box, so I have like a half hour of experience with that game, so I can't compare. I just got the COD vibe with the challenges, perks, etc. It's not a bad game by any means.

That's basically the gist of it. TF2 obviously has it's character classes and it's the root of the games gameplay. Plus, hats.

Are you on the 360 version? They had to take three maps out over there with the last update because they were glitchy after the update and/or crashing. They said via Twitter that they are 80% ready to be put back in. That was a couple days ago. All the maps are back in the Xbox One version for a while now.

Yup and thanks for the explanation. That explains a lot. Can't wait to play G&G on different maps again. It'll be like a whole new game. Got a one more challenge left for my Sunflower before I hit level 50. Just gotta kill 5 nemesis'. Should be easy to get, just a lengthy one. Then I finally finish crazy mode for Garden Ops and everything will be complete achievement wise. Gotta find out what the level cap is for this game.
