Not had a single crash on the latest update. My LT tap ADS now works, finally.

The Aim Acceleration option is great, it makes aiming far more consistent. I put mine on 0 and then increased aiming sensitivity.

FPP in squads is the only way to play IMO.... this update changed the game... they should have come out with this first because it would be number one game on Xbox... imo

I'm experiencing rubberbanding with considerably less frequency, but the one or two times it did happen last night it hit hard as hell for maybe 5-7 seconds each during the two instances. I can't complain though... twice? out of 4-5 hours. Not bad.

Performance feels a lot more solid overall. I've had quite a few games where I'm absolutely sure it never dropped more than a frame or two at all outside of the lobby/parachuting.

Also, damn parachuting feels so much better now and being able to scope out the people around you is much improved.

Way less rubber banding and no crashes so far on the new update. Definitely an improvement over 5.2.6.
I had one game have super bad rubber banding last night. Still, the performance boost, especially in the pregame lobby, is immense.

I still suck at shooting. I really need a firing range to practice on.

Myself and Menace pulled off a slick ambush yesterday. We were approaching a crate drop by a river when we spotted a Jeep on the opposite side. So we sneak up on the drop site and sure enough two guys are looting it. We have a nice view on the from the hill so we let them swim back across the river and then the second they get back into the Jeep we light them up and riddle both of them before they can even start the Jeep. They had absolutely no idea where we were. Then we saunter over and loot their stuff including the cool s*** they got from the drop.

Anytime I see one of those crates dropping from the sky.

Yep. If I have a a decent rifle, some extra ammo and a good position I love setting up an over watch on them.

Yeah I rarely find the need to risk the high traffic areas like school or risk a drop. Usually I find at least one good gun. Once in awhile I'll get stuck with a shotgun and an uzi or something but not too often.

I don't think I've ever even lived long enough to get to a crate.

Some good stuff in them. A SAW, Magum sniper, some other military sniper and some ARs that are slick.

Just got my first #2. Holy s*** that was intense. I thought I was in good position to get it. The very, very end game is almost another game in itself. Movement gives away position so we basically played chicken with the circle collapsing. That final circle felt like two people in a large room with the guns.

Yeah. AWM, M24, M249 Saw, Groza, AUG, MK14, and the always cool wookie suit.

That is all the weapons I have seen from a crate, are there more?

Nothing is more frustrating than getting the drop on someone and either somehow missing completely, or winging them just enough to piss them off and get shot in the head.

Me in real life:

I got the drop on a guy with an M249 with a shield on it. Killed him but was immediately attacked by someone else, so i never got to pick it up :(

I've won a few firefights now. Staying calm is #1.

I'm finding a lot of my deaths that aren't just bad luck come immediately after me shooting at someone else.

Perfect example - I'm in the zone and prone but not in a great spot. I see someone running through the zone racing the blue wall. I shoot at them because I have a scoped M14 and they are practically going to step on me, but once I plug them, bang. Shots from somewhere else I never even saw.

My rule used to be - don't engage unless you have a big advantage, but I'm thinking of even taking that further. The minute I shoot, some 3rd person gets me. Although on the flip side, looting people is how you get the good stuff.

Yep, I engage as little as necessary until end game. Sometimes it's unavoidable though.

Hmmm...played a game earlier and came across a dude laying dowh, I was literally right next to him, I unloaded a full magazine from my Tommy Gun in to him and he didn't die, I got that ppink mist and everything.

Then he starts shooting at somebody else, so I reload andd reposition. I am now crouched on his back and unload another clip into his head, stiill didn't die. Then another dude one shot me and then one shot the dude I was trying to kill

End game is all about stealth.

Early & Midgame is about looting and high percentage kills

Played my first 1st-person game last night. Movement feels very floaty in that mode, but I'm liking it a lot. No ore worrying about people corner peaking or seeing me when I have no chance of seeing them. Ive only played about 6 games of PUBG so far, but got my first top 10 finish with 3 kills. That last circle is super small. I would have gone on much longer, but a guy in a buggy was grinding his buggy into mine. Mine blew up but he drove away not even smoking.

Don't you feel like a midget too? I felt shorter.

Just won my first chicken dinner. Holy cow! The adrenalin is still pumping. What a rush. The last guy had no idea where I was firing from. Lol
Yeah! that end-game can be intense. It is the only game since Gears 1 that gets my body pumping.

Top 1000 in europe here we come! :bang:

We need to devise some better end game strategies maybe. Top 10s are flying in now but just getting that Chicken Dinner seems to be eluding us.

Yeah. We gotta stop going so far into the circle and play the edge more.

I'm not going prone anymore. Can't see s*** through the grass and it hinders mobility far too much.
