I agree with that. I just don't want anyone to think that there is some sort of official (i.e., Union admin/mod-level) oversight going on. It's an agreement between two people. They're responsible for how they handle it. It's a private contract. Keep the government out of it, lol.
Why say this now though?
You frequented this thread. You saw the bet take place. You saw wshowers "Witness" the bet. You said nothing. Why didn't you say anything? Because you weren't as emotionally charged at the time and you've somehow attached yourself personally to a Tomb Raider game.
Now, your emotional levels are high so you back the snake.
Mods have always been able to verify bets. Why would this time be any different?
Also, why does wshowers think he has authority on this issue? Because mods always have.
PS:. It's bet, not "bets". I've only taken part in one in all my time here. Hope you aren't overworked dealing with all my "bet" (singular).
I did back out. But I never took it serious to begin with. I just said yes to shut him up.

Why say it now? Because I didn't expect any of this -- that Hedon wouldn't go along, or that you would then try to get the mods to force Hedon to do what you think he should.

Good entertainment for a Tuesday. I knew Hedon would succumb, mostly to shut him up.

Oh, I've got nothing against Fortnite. Never played it. Watched a couple streams, knew it wasn't my thing. It's more that now I associate Fortnite with you.

I am too early in. I will say that while I do like the opening of the game, the opening of Rise on that snow capped mountain is untouched. It's freaking gorgeous though.
It seems like the lip syncing might be off in Lara, but I will check it again tonight. I played SO LITTLE of it.
Yeah, that was actually one of my big disappointments with Rise, that the opening hour was so amazing and the rest of the game couldn’t live up to it.
