Star Wars: Rogue One *CONTAINS SPOILERS*

Not that it means much, but I think their major concern is that it felt too much like a "war" movie, as opposed to having that lighthearted star wars Disney feel to it.
Calm down guys, it's all speculation at this point. Movies VERY OFTEN get reshoots. The final draft of the movie wasn't even finished when they started filming. It probably just needed a little balancing out. It's still supposed to be a war movie, but it has to also be grounded in the Star Wars universe. (I just hope the rumored bad-a$$ Vader war scene remains)
At least the director is still on board. When director Richard Donner was fired from Superman II, they lost something. Watching the darker "Donner Cut" didn't actually make it 100% better though. The studio had a point. If they would have worked together on the problem, they would have made it epic! Instead they shot almost the whole movie over without him and ended up with a mediocre sequel. Just food for thought. Again, I'm glad the director is still on board.

I'd be surprised if they how Vader in the ads. They'll probably be keeping him for some dramatic moment
I really wish Donnie Yen was a Jedi in hiding. Wanted to see him f*** up some storm troopers with a light saber and force powers.
There are some leaks online and you only hear Vader breathe and then see his reflection in the floor at the end.

The way they have cut the dialogue makes it sound cheesy as fook and poorly acted.
Apart from that, yeah it looks good.
