Trump's just doing what he's done all his life - selling lines of BS. He was a Democrat until he suddenly started selling GOP rhetoric to get elected.
Part of me hopes like hell they have the balls to squash this bill. But there is a small part of me that thinks this may be we it takes to get to universal healthcare. Once people feel the pain of this new bill they will demand change I hope. I also hope the pain of this bill if it passes flips the government to the progressives.

It is urgent for Americans to think and speak clearly about President Trump’s inability to do either. This seems to be not a mere disinclination but a disability. Well here in Britain the Tories (Conservative Party) are taking us down the path of a hard Brexit. This can be devastating to our health care system (NHS). There is fear UK healthcare could be part of a future trade deal with US opening up to American style private health care. GOP & Tories two peas in a pod.
People like Ryan are the true evil. Trump is a wolf, but he doesn't hide it. Ryan can speak eloquently and make you think he's a sheep.
I remember when he talked about loving Rage Against The Machine and one of the members said he was one of the people they rage against.
Wasn't that part of the lie that was told by supporters of Brexit, that the money saved would be spent on your own NHS and then the second the election was over they flip flopped on it?
It's kind of hard to buy into the whole "greatest country in the world" stuff when people like Trump are elected and the system is so obviously rigged to protect the powerful at any cost. What's worse is so many people fall for the lies that are told and vote against their own interests.
Not US related but emails of French candidate Macron have been hacked. Hmm where have we seen this before...
It sounds like they learned a lesson from the American election. It looks like they embedded 1000's of fake documents so whoever hacked them got a bunch of garbage.
No reason to be worried about the French. They have the best recalling process in western civilization. If they don't want you anymore, they will recall your @ss!!!
