Did I just see someone read their acceptance speech from a cell phone?
 
Anyone think Nintendo wants us to know rocket league is on Switch?
 
GTFO looks solid. It's promoted as a coop game (4 players).

For any of you who played those Left 4 Dead games, did the game scale enemies based on player count? Let's say I played solo or there's only two of us as a team, would the enemy onslaught be less to balance the game out?
 
This guy is boring. Someone stop him from being boring!

I kind of want Resident Evil wins. Such a great new spin for the series...

Also, third person could be great for Metro... So pretty.

I didn't really like Metro.

Excellent graphics, atmosphere and gunplay.

But it was barely a game as there were lots of canned cut scenes every minute or two.
 
It had to be Zelda.

That game sold more copies than there were Nintendo Switches even sold at one point.
 
Not surprised Zelda won. Mario would be the only game I think that would have a shot at GOTY.
 
That guy is so cute! I hope they immortalize him as a Pokemon and then I catch that Pokemon and then chain that Pokemon up in my dungeon and feed him marshmallow s and listen to Taylor Swift albums together.
 
Well deserved Nintendo.

I thought the announcements were pretty weak. Kinda of expected I guess.
