If you roll both you will get around 12K skill power.
I roll Skill Power on Mask and Backpack all the time now.
My point exactly

Sentry's Call is a great team damage buff set. But it will keep you busy since you have to get headshots to apply the marks for the damage buff. I was running with Sentry's/Striker for a while and both served me well. But over the last week or so I've been using the 4 piece Tactician set with 2 pieces of Final Measure. This is my new favorite build. My skill power is over 30k with toughness a little over 310k and about 200k dps. The Tactician 4 piece bonus of increasing sill power through the roof means my pulse and smart cover abilities melt enemies in heroic difficulty.
I finally got a Paratrooper SVD marksman rifle. This thing handles more like a semi-auto assault rifle. It does less damage than my Socom M1A. But its a lot more stable. I need to test it out more but its a fun weapon to use.
How does the tactician 4th talent work exactly. Does it work to skills already deployed...so if I pop my smart cover will it increase in damage/resistance buff as my team does damage...or do I have to wait a little before deploying a skill to benefit from the 4th piece talent?
Since you bought it up I had 2x 240 pieces drop and have just built my self a Tanktician. Only 490K toughness(122K health) right now, and a starting Skillpower of 27K. Need gloves and backpack to drop again so I can massively improve my build.
does anyone still play dark zone it just seems so broken now any NPC over level 33 is just massive bullet sponge and so unbalanced that I don't feel like I stand a chance.
not to mention all the greifers running with shotguns or the reclaimer builds constantly setting you on fire its completely unplayable. Massive should just close the dark zone and burn it to ground and start over as there's no saving it.

Hmmmm....+64% Damage to Elites & +29% Enemy armour damage.
Can anybody say melt
Bet it makes no difference!
Hmmm....Brutal, Destructive, Focused, Stable, Accurate and Unforgiving...+40% damage to elites + 46% enemy armour damage seems to absolutely melt level 33 Elites. Going to have try heroic Underground today and see how it does against those spongy level 35s.
Alphabridge build....dope.
Yeah AlphaBridge has huge damage potential. What's your gear score using it? I was around the 230 mark but with the pieces I had I could get my toughness over 350k which isn't enough to be taking on level 33 - 35 enemies.
350-400K is about the sweet spot IMO. I mean I had 600K toughness and it didn't help none to much. Also, and not sure if this is just me, but it seems Protection from Elites works better the lower your toughness is.
My gear score was 231 but I was using 163 secondary weapons.
Just did a challenging Underground mission using my Alpha build and combined with somebody using Sentry's Call it absolutely decimated NPCs.
I'll give the build another shoot. I did feel the difference between 500k and 350k. I was getting downed much faster.
Yay!!

- Fixed a bug where players could initiate 1 Phase Operations in Heroic difficulty by pressing a combination of buttons on their input device.
- Rewards from Underground Operation Directives will now also include all gear sets from Updates 1.1 and 1.2 and you have a chance to receive additional loot when completing Operations with 4+ Directives.
- Rewards from Underground Sealed Caches will now include all weapon types as well as all Underground and Update 1.3 gear sets.
- Named NPCs in the Underground now have increased drop rates across all difficulties and doing multiple phase operations will give you a better chance at higher quality gear.”
YAY! Now they make a change when a huge chunk of their community are maxed out or close to being so.
It should have been this way from day one.
f***ing Division
On a side note: Been steam rolling through challenging Underground with my new Skill Build.
Really? So it's the way to go? God stuff. I'm not working today so I'll be on at some point and you can carry me through it :-)
Finally got my Reclaimer Skill build up to playable levels. 400k Toughness & 44K Skill power.
I almost have a Predators Mark Skill Build ready to go as well. I just need a Tacticians Authority backpack and then it will be good to go.
Nice. So reclaimer / tactatican. Should be pretty bad ass. Just don't forgot to, you know, use the reclaimer ability ;-)
Would love to say I won't, but I most likely will
But I will be using the Reclaimer build as my main from here on out. So hopefully I can get used to it.
The build also has +24% damage to elites & +28% Enemy Armour Damage
I expect you to have it down like a pro by the time I'm back!
I really enjoy the Underground dlc. I'm working my way up to heroic difficulty but challenging has been fun. Although I've run into some really crappy players who just love to rush in and get smashed putting more pressure on the rest of the team. But these underground sorties are cool and I really like the dark winding tunnels that make up the missions. Massive can't balance this game to save their life but they sure are great at world building.
I've been on a couple teams with gamers using Reclaimer and its amazing. It might be a better support set than the Tactician. I have two pieces now and hope to have the rest soon. But with RNG you never know when that will happen. But when I get it I'll focus on skill power and hope that the special ammo/consumables positively supplement damage from a lack of significant firearms.
