I meant the average for both versions of the game. they're really statistically tied, but lower than the showers of praise would suggest.
One does run at a higher average speed, and the ponies are still smarting from the drubbing their console got last gen, so let them gloat.....while they still can.
Right. Hardly anything to gloat about when most games score the same on both consoles however. But whatever perks their pubics'.....
Us xbots thrive in the roll of underdog, and will relish when our little underpowered console mops the floor with the competition. On the other hand, the mighty PS4 will have no excuse for failure. Yeah. Not sure where all these petty arguments came from but based on the topics of discussion as of late, "resolution gate" and frame rates are hardly anything to claim a victory over. I mean sure, the PS4 is powerful and has gorgeous games that (for now at least) have a better frame rate (XBO games are coming in at 1080p now and more frequently) but lets face it, you just cant go wrong with either multi platform version even at this point. All of my hard work and efforts are paying off from 2013 for 2014 and quickly. Im glad I made the sacrifice. I'll celebrate by gaming non stop for an entire three days once I get my XBO! WOOT!

I probably won't get one of my own until an open world game like Witcher 3 comes out or Halo or something Bethesda single player. If they do come out with one with a bigger hard drive that will be the one I want as I have no problem with going digital.Yeah. Now you are trying to use review scores as a crutch and an excuse lol. The score has nothing to do with the fact that one version is better than the other. Xb1 is not as powerful as ps4 on paper or in the real world. Deal with it.
Maybe you get it and others get it but MCmaster/intelli/hammer don't seem to be getting it. I thought we were focusing on games when discussing which version of a game is better.

You don't have to own it to champion it. I actually own both and enjoy both. I just end up enjoying my ps4 more because I'm forced to play multiplates on it as they are better on it. Which is of no fault of mine.

Im successful, multi talented, famous, well off, good looking, powerful, happily married to a beautiful woman and well connected to powerful and inspiring people ranging from $100K to $500K per year in my personal social/business circles. By all means, if I was dropped on my head I have NO quarrels.
I find all of that hard to believe with how slow you are. If all of that was true why would you waste your time defending xb1 trying to pretend like it's not the inferior machine that it is when it comes to specs and graphical prowess. Yes, but it's not a consistent 60fps, it drops to 40-50 fps and judders when a lot is going on on the screen. Both versions are being judged on their merits on each machine and the playing trumps all tech. This is an excerpt from an artcle on Eurogamer quoting DF:"From the outset it is clear that the Xbox One delivers the most consistency across a general run of play, with the game mostly adhering to a solid 30fps as Lara explores her surroundings. However, on the PS4 we see frequent dips and spikes in the render time between frames, translating into on-screen judder and a variance in controller response that does feel a little odd during fast-moving action. However, with Xbox One dipping under 30fps - often in scenes where sustained visual feedback and consistent controls are really a must, the Microsoft platform clearly comes up short in comparison to its unlocked rival." There are lot factors taken into consideration when reviewing a game other than tech specs, and points were taken away from both version for flaws. There is no questioning the PS4 advantage in framerate. It's just not a consistent one.
