Brawl in Cell Block 99: One of the best prison movies I've ever seen. Ultra violent and a compelling story. The low-budget b-movie feel helps make it an instant classic.
Just watched it. I loved it.
My interpretation of it, is an expression of how it feels to love a narcissist whilst wrestling with a general anxiety disorder.
At one point when the music started, I really wanted to go to that party!
Edit: Also, that wig was killing me! It was like lego hair plonked ontop! Spend the extra $20 and get a lace front!

A narcissist will go on and repeat the exact same mistakes (because a narcissist can't make mistakes. It's always the other persons fault.),so after he has used up what ever he could get from people before tossing them away.

Its a metaphor for the love that he stole. He could use that as the foundation/blueprint to make the home/trap for the next person that he could use as his personal sycophant.

I'd like to see Mother. Trailer looked really good. Don't watch many movies though so might be a while.
I did finally get around to seeing 13 Assassins (remake) this past weekend which has been on my list forever. Saw the trailer for Miike's newest film and was in a samurai mood so said it was time. I really wanted to watch Seven Samurai but I didn't have half a day set aside to watch it. Anyways great movie.

No problem. I had just basically found that myself minutes before, and thought: "oh, there's that thing, plus so that other sh!t I can never find, like strike-through".

Alien Covenant: finally got around to watching it... Normally having two of Michael Fassbender would be the stuff of my fantasies, but I'm not sure it really works in this instance.
My second least favourite Alien movie. The CGI in this one looked messed up, and the story line was pretty craptacular.
Was there a massive budget cut in this one compared to Prometheus?
