Great that Rainbow Six is getting enhanced but I sure hope they get The Division one out first.

Rainbow Six was probably much easier/faster to enhance when compared to the scale of The Division.
The Division ever get a PC release? I'm sure with Siege being on PC made the X enhancement all that much easier.
I’m gonna say “yes” but wasn’t able to find a patch note to confirm it.
There is a 4k update for the PS4 but the only 4k assets seem to be the GUI/menus, still just 1080peeeeeesssssssss

Gave the Xbox One version of Battlefield 4 a try last night since it's on EA access, DAMN this game looks like garbage! I forgot it was only 720p on the Xbox One. I played it a lot on the PS4 and even though it was only 900p on the PS4 it still looked a lot better, I ended up uninstalling it. It's too bad some of these older titles aren't getting Pro and One X enhancements even if it's just better AA and a bump up to 1080p that would really help. The low resolution and awful aliasing really killed the game for me, I'd rather play bad company 2 if I'm going to play a jagged as hell looking battlefield game, thankfully that's on EA access as well lol.

The article says it's using checkerboarding to get to 4K so it's not 1080p on the Pro anymore.
Haven't played it in a while, but felt BF4 looked better than BF1, especially if the jaggies weren't as bad.
Hopefully every game will be able to utilize the One X and future Xbox hardware.
Are you asking if The Division ever came out on the PC? If so yes it did. I routinely go back and play it on my rig. In 4K/60fps it looks spectacular. Hopefully it gets a X1X patch.
Guys,where do you go again to cancel the splash screen and XBox logo that stays like 30 seconds for me before I actually log in on the X ?...I got rid of that at some point and the XBox not downloading any updates or patches when its closed but now its back...nothing updates in sleep mode..I think it was an option for my external Drive or something...?

BF1 looks surprisingly good for a 720p game or whatever it is. Really nice smooth framerate too.
It doesnt have the jaggies that BF4 has.

Settings > Power and start up > Powermode and startup...
Yeah BF1 and some others haven't got X treatment yet which makes no sense as MS has the marketing rights to games like BF1 and The Division.
But I believe that those marketing rights only last a year. I don't think Microsoft likes to appear like bullies, but I do wish that they would give EA a nudge in the right direction. EA could certainly do themselves a PR favor by improving what's already out there and just trying to make gamers happy.
Ah I've never played BF1 on the One X only on the PS4 and PS4 Pro which both did a great job with it. The One X could do a great job with the game, the Pro made a noticeable improvement over the base console and with the added GPU and memory I would think the game would look awesome on the One X.

I'm not sure I've ever seen a game promoted more than a year, except for MMOs. An exclusive advertising deal for much more than a year wouldn't make any sense to me, ESPECIALLY for a 3rd party game. That's how contracts usually work. Exclusivity game contracts are often a year (think Rise of the Tomb Raider), so I really doubt that promotional deals would need to be more than that, but I'm just using my own logic. I could be wrong.... but I still don't think Microsoft is in a position to tell EA how to handle a game that's over a year old. Persuasion, maybe. I agree that they should be persuaded... and have them drop in Atmos sound.
I know! I was going to wait for the Pro version but I decided to use my code that came with the S I bought. It still holds up extremely well, and looks outright beautiful sometimes. I really can't imagine playing the game in 4K, and with Atmos sound.
Yeah,that worked for the splash screen...not sure about the X downloading stuff when it's shut down though...
I've noticed that the games often resume play even if I removed the disc to play something else.

On PC you just press Alt+Z, s*** is cash.
