R* seems to be all about the microtransaction filled online part of the current GTA.
The lack of Mass Effect: Andromeda info. I'm aware they gave out some details for the game in interviews after, but no proper trailer and media blow out? Was so disappointed, was expecting much more info. Still looking forward to the game of course, but would have liked to have learned more about the game.
And I think like everybody else, the Rockstar no show. They rarely attend, especially to announce anything new but rumours went wild shortly before Sony's press conference, but, as usual, nothing. As a huuuuge Rockstar fan it sucks, it's now what, 3 or 4 years since they last announced a new game? The hell they been working on over at the North and San Diego studios? People can joke about GTA Online DLC and cash cards, but those updates are no where near big enough to explain the lack of activity from them. I'll be gutted if there's no new game from them released this year after 3 years of GTA V, GTA V and GTA V.

Lol I think Nintendo showing the new awesome looking Zelda on a dead console is disappointing.
Yeah I know its coming to NX. But this is a game they could have used for years and one that a lot of us wanted for years.

I think MS's biggest disappointment is not showing off Recore gameplay. The game actually looks fun but I had to dig it up and find it myself. They should have showed it.
Gears was also a disappointment, I'm not a huge fun but it looked ok at best. FH3 looked great, but that's expected.

I wasn't disappointed at all this year. Everything was either OK, or awesome, so I'm happy with that.
Although, I am yet to watch the scalebound video, and I have high hopes for the game...
Recore, actually impressed me. I was expecting baloney, and then saw it was similar to Gun Valkyrie, one of my fav games! I don't know why, but I've always loved games that involve lots of movement/traversal, whether it be Sunset Overdrive, Jet Set Radio, or even being player 2 in Jet Force Gemini.

Well that's easy. No Red Dead Redemption 2 announcement. Let's go Rockstar, this gen is just about over and we need that greatness. Don't worry, you can release it again on the Scorpio/Neo like you did with GTA V this gen. Just give it to us now.
Though I still want it and it will probably be really good, Gears 4. I wanted to see it get what we saw Sony do to their games at the show- something that made it look next-gen and not like a prettier 360 game.
Of course there is always the chance that they are holding back something big for that game...
