Japanese market is in pretty bad shape. Handhelds still come out top but even those sales have declined this year, 3DS is down over 1.5 million over 2013. Mobile has really disrupted everything over there.

Japan is as relevant as Britney Spear these days. Only wishing Japanese developers to continue support mainstream games.
I'm surprised PS4 got to a million (well, almost). XB1 didn't do too well, but that's no surprise.
The PS4 is absolutely killing it in Japan. The PS Vita is doing great as well. This is Sony's market again.
Anyone else notice how Intellivision and Flynn haven't posted in like a month? Astrograd hasn't posted in over a year. I wonder what happened to those guys. Oh yeah, PS4 is killing it in sales and killed their arguments. Sucks to be them.

They only come out when the X1 comes out on top so not a surprise really.
I'm waiting for TD's Wii U fanboy of the month performance. It seems like a whole section of the gaming scene is being left out.
All of their talking points from last gen were destroyed. 360 has better sales, X1 doesn't. 360 has better multiplats, X1 doesn't. 360 has quicker installs, X1 doesn't. 360 has the better controller, DS4 is just as good if not better. I mean, i'm good with hyperbole but i can only hype up the cloud so many times before the sky falls. What else is there?

I called all of this back during the days of TeamXBox. It took you long enough to see the light. God knows what they must be feeling like.
I still loved my PS3 even though i was enjoying the 360 more for awhile. The grass was just greener on Microsoft's lawn at the time. But i always knew the water was bluer in Sony's ocean. That was unmistakable towards the end of last gen and even more noticeable when the PS4 launched. Sony just did everything right. They should have held onto the ball last gen when they launched the PS3 but they got comfortable and complacent. No more of that. Sony is going for the kill. They've obviously been humbled too because they said they don't even know why the PS4 is doing as well as it is. They know, but they're like a good team in sports that's won multiple championships. Act like you've been there before.
The PS4 is doing as well as it is because of the great press it got from the reveal, been more powerful and for the most part having better performing multi plats, no science behind it really. I like my Xbox but don't know if i would of gotten one if I didn't get it for free to be honest.
I guess I can see why you'd want to say that now. Everyone wants to believe they knew all along but let's face it, your past here shows you were lost as lost can be. Must we go find a few of your old posts to illustrate how blind to the truth you actually were? Keep learning from me and you will keep growing, I promise you this.

Sony, bar none, has a bigger and better foundation than Microsoft does. None of this should be news to any of you.
I bet you come back to your old posts from time to time and read the stuff you type, dont you? This is totally false.
Only reason I was quiet for a while was because I was banned for being a soar winner for proving UC4's unveiling was a crock.
It was worth it.
I honestly believe Astro stopped posting here because he was ahead of most of us as far as the technology in these consoles are concerned, and simply got tired of being gutted by amateurs. Most of us less than that. The majority of those who speak on the tech side of things are arm chair quarterbacks. Thats not a dig, but thats about the level of knowledge most of us contain on the subject. Cegar's kind of the same way.
