Recently caught a reference to Fight Club ("Tailor" Durden, lol) and A Knight's Tale ("You have been weighed, you have been measured") in the same side quest, lol.

I wussed out and cheated. I got Triss to stay and had a lighthouse romp, then immediately saved. Then I reloaded to just before it played out and let her sail away....Got called an Ass by the Spy dude :D

Then I saved another file. I think I will go for Yennefer now.... Triss had her day...
 
I just found out that I am doom to be forever alone. :sad:

I think the game should give you more time to learn about Triss & Yen before you made a choice who you prefer to be. The game basically forced you to pick (or not) Triss, by doing a quest & select a dialog choice, before you even get to even know Yen (except for the 10 mins in the palace, but talking nothing but the mission). You only get to actually know her on Skelliage, than Karl Moerden.

Game should pop you the ultimatum & made you pick who you wanted to be after you get to know both.....so sad.
 
Has everyone seen all the question marks? Seems i will have to set aside a couple hours and sail around Skellige to see them all.
 
Damn when does the main story end?

I thought defending Kaer Morhen would was the conclusion but I thought wrong. Can't blame myself though. Before rescuing Ciri it said certain side quests would no longer be available so that was a pretty good hint that it would all be over soon. Now I've defended the castle, lost Vesemir, killed Emlerith and two of the Crones, and there's still s*** to do in the story.

the game played you like a damn fiddle (as it did with everyone). seriously i love how they used the convention of games to trick you
