I cant see what A/B/K games would go exclusive. It’s definitely not COD, it would hurt cod more than fans and Sony. Although it may save them some money with development and maybe release more stable games. But then that may be bad for some key devs as they may lose their job for working /porting to another console. Then again said same devs could go on to form a new team, be it within their studio or start a new one. Would help the other teams by adding a year for development or they could just make a new ip, and it doesn’t even need to be a fps.

Spending $7 billion on Bethesda and taking games away didn't make much sense either but they did it. With the slow output from Bethesda's main studio it's going to take a long time to make that money back. Especially when game pass severely limits 1st party AAA game sales (NPD backs that up) and game pass itself isn't bringing in that much money.

One year, Phil says exclusives are counter to what gaming is about (then why are they making Starfield, Redfall, ES6 etc. (historically multiplatform) exclusive then?
