Did you play the console or PC version? Console version was BF: MC or something like that. Not me.
They are trying to appeal to the "young current crowd" bs, influencers are such a turn off lol. People should unfollow every influencer they may have in their social media, they are living commercials and everything they present to their "followers" is fake.Yeah this seems to be the new marketing trend. Get a bunch of content creators involved and hype everything up to 11.
Someone needs to tell video game companies that doing this always ends in disaster. Build unrealistic hype then everyone will hate on it.
I don't get it. Show good gameplay and we'll buy it.
I played PC versions and am happy the series evolved.Did you play the console or PC version? Console version was BF: MC or something like that.

sounds the old dated bs of the older gamesA lot of that sounds horrible. I hope it isn't true. Forcing 1 class per squad? Good luck with that. Have these people ever played a game of BF on console, ever? You can't change people, no matter how many game mechanics you throw at them. I love a team based approach, but you can't change people. So many are going to just want to snipe and nothing else, or they are going to pick whatever class has the best gun.
You could get to the top of the scoreboard in BF1 and BF5 just playing support or medic and feeding people stuff and still nobody did it.
People still hate the fixed class queues in Overwatch, and that's a game where you have to have a mix of classes.
BF should be heavy on conquest. You can have other modes, but too many objectives makes it less fun.
It isn't 1 class per squad. You can have 4 medics, but only 1 can choose an enhanced version of it.A lot of that sounds horrible. I hope it isn't true. Forcing 1 class per squad? Good luck with that. I really hope the focus on levolution isn't true, I would much rather have smaller buildings that can all be brought down for the most part than just set pieces that break while almost everything else stays put.
Agreed that is one thing I liked in BFV. Was fun lighting up a two story building killing a squad inside. That was one thing BF V really got right. Fighting in a small town with houses was so intense. At any point your "cover" could get blown apart.
I'm guessing the maps are going to be more modern cities like BF4.
It was BFBC2. What a great MP game.Agreed that is one thing I liked in BFV. Was fun lighting up a two story building killing a squad inside.
I remember I think it was BF BC2 by the end of the match the map would be leveled lol.
I really liked the fact that cover could be blown away, keeps people from just sitting around hiding and sniping at people. I know I've said it before but Bad Company 2 is my all time favorite BF multiplayer the maps were different sizes and the splash damage from tank shots was perfect, it's almost suicide getting in a vehicle now unless you get a bullseye lol. Even when you knock down most buildings in BC2 there are parts that stay up like the bottom or the corners, some buildings just don't come apart completely either so you always have some type of cover. That was one thing BF V really got right. I've said this before but if they just remade that game and kept that multiplayer, maybe added more players and vehicles in a few of the bigger maps I'd be happy. I don't need a new one, just keep adding maps to that lol they had the gameplay just right and it was chaos at times. It was BFBC2. What a great MP game.

Well, a fire team is 4. A squad is two fire teams. Each works in concert with the squad leader directing. So a team of 4 makes sense militarilyI want bigger squads f*** 4 people only.
I know, but I’d like to group up with as many friends as possible. We got around this in the older games just getting everyone on the same team and then running multiple squads while in party chat.Well, a fire team is 4. A squad is two fire teams. This is my approach to all Battlefields. I love a support class, especially medic. I'd be in the top five of games most of the time with like 3 kills lolA lot of that sounds horrible. Yeah. I always try to play the role. If I'm the ant tank class then vehicle hunting is what I do. If I'm support, I try an stay back a little to give suppressive fire, then move up and give ammo restocks. This is my approach to all Battlefields. I love a support class, especially medic.
