Mayweather in 4. It won't be close IMO.

This is about what I think. I do think Conor will scare him with something in the beginning, but after Floyd figures him out, it'll be downhill. Fast.

Any free streams?

It was no Rocky vs Drago thats for sure.
MacGregor won multiple rounds so thats a victory for him.
Throw the two of them together in a street fight and Mayweather in unconscious is less than 30 seconds. MacGregor proved he can hang in Mayweathers world and everyone knows theres no way he could hang in MacGregors.

Damn, almost what I thought, but conor did better. Floyd wasn't letting him punch him in the face on purpose. I had conor winning 3 rounds against the best boxer of all time in his first match.

Respect. Also, conor was NOT prepared for 12 rounds, that pace was average at best.

That went about as well as anyone should've expected.

It was a f*cking circus. Connor looked like an idiot in the ring. Floyd toyed with him. Expected result.

I think conor has a career as a boxer. Even pro boxers are saying that. He was legit countering Floyd in all the rounds except where he gassed. Still don't think he would have won though. If he would had prepared more for cardio and had another 5 months training in boxing, who knows. The dude has natural skills, even Floyd admitted it.

i went to the casino and watched it..not las vegas but a local casino..that fight was horrible, I was going for McGregor.. But I'm glad he lost, all that s*** he was talking and didn't back any of it up.

You bought into the hype. No way in hell a amateur boxer beats the greatest pro boxer. They were selling the fight.

And he still went 10 rounds. Thats 9 more than the internet experts said he would

He landed more punches on Floyd than most pros have.....

FLOYD MAYWEATHER JR.

Jabs landed: 18 of 59 (31%)

Power punches landed: 152 of 261 (58%)

Total punches landed: 170 of 320 (53%)

CONOR MCGREGOR

Jabs landed: 27 of 98 (28%)

Power punches landed: 84 of 332 (25%)

Total punches landed: 111 of 430 (26%)

The only reason this went 10 rounds is so they could charge $125 for the pay per view rematch. If Mayweather had been serious he would have ended it early.

I ended up watching the fight (Thanks Twitch streamers) even though I didn't really care about it, and it was good enough for free lol. I haven't watched boxing in a while but used to quite a bit several years ago. MMA I watch even less so. I've never even seen Mayweather fight before but from what I've read this seemed to be about normal for him. Either way, the GGG Alvarez fight will be infinitely better.

A rematch that's never happening. Only way would be if Floyd agreed too mma and that's never happening as he would get choked out in under 30 seconds

Wait and see. That pay day was so large they would both do it again in a heartbeat.

Nah Mayweather will stick with his 50 -0 and leave it as that.

It was so much fun and I have a whole new respect for Conor

Everyone got had.

Everyone knows Mayweather would win, but the huge payouts is what made the fight what it is......

- Mayweather dicking around for 3-4 rounds to make the fight longer
- Mayweather fighting in a unique style the commentators said he's never fought before..... standing there barely moving and turning his back
- Mayweather's square stance letting McGregor get in some weak shots

So what this all did was make a fight 10 rounds, gave people a false sense of "wow, that was a close fight", so that both boxing and MMA can parlay this fight into something big next time two fighters want to cross promote their sports into a match.

They tried this before.... Randy Couture and James Toney about 5 years ago. The fight was a farce and nobody will remember that fight again. Anyone who paid PPV money to watch that UFC event to focus on Couture/Toney got ripped off. The fight lasted a minute.

It would be cool to get a trilogy and see how much Connor could improve. I know he has already mentioned being a "free agent" now and being interested in boxing. I would definitely watch him box.

Yeah but it's not happening. Would only be fair for fight 2 to be MMA but that's not happening. No way could 40 year old Floyd learn that now and Conor would end it quickly.

The turn my back on him technique would be out the window as well.

Even the boxing lot on sky accepted Conor would easily win an mma or street fight.

Being "serious" is exactly what Floyd did. He CAME at Conor like no one else and he was getting legit counter punched. You can't fake being counter punched. Conor has been making people miss his whole career, Floyd even admitted he was surprised by it.

I'll explain to you the reason this is smart. Floyd knew Conor was dangerous the first few rounds because of his mma fights, he has decent power in his hands, but he has no cardio, especially for boxing. I'm not sure what "being serious" means to you, but being risky is not smart, and floyd isn't dumb, at all.

Conor is a real counter puncher though. If his cardio would have been decent(it was terrible) he would have gone to scorecard and lost, but that would have been a huge blow to boxing.

And the reason for that was cardio. Conor has a strange style and decent precision, but he is great with those counter punches. That uppercut was one of the cleanest hits I've ever seen on Floyd and I've been watching him for 20 years. That wasn't staged.
