I didn't pay much attention to the game leading up to release and wasn't really interested in it. Once it released I actually became interested but of course it was sketchy. Looking forward to an updated version that hopefully runs better.
For this to make an impact they have to knock the next gen enhancements out of the park.

It is already one of the more impressive looking games, not sure how much more the enhancement update will add.
In small areas. Once it opens up there are major graphical glitches and inconsistencies.
That is lack of polish and shouldn't need an enhancement upgrade to fix....that won't give DF a nerdgasm either.
Hope I'm wrong, but I just don't think a next gen update is going to change all that much graphically.
Well hopefully this brings it to actual next gen. I still haven't touched it yet, but did grab it on sale for 10 bucks last year lol.
FWIW I got mine from Best Buy (physical copy) for 10 bucks. Felt like a steal, because I heard the game was actually good (besides the fact that there were a million bugs)

Yeah, I just checked. The store shows the X/S, but the game on my console does not. Whatevs, glad it's finally coming and I can try to remember how to play that game.
I bought the game for $9.99 CAD and stopped playing after like maybe 5 hours or so because I wanted to wait for next gen update.
lol,I payed full price on XBox but also waited to really play after the disastrous launch...I didnt even install the last patch that was 37 GB...I wonder if I dont install it,will the new patch ask me to install that one first and then the new one or will it combine the 2...?

The reason behind my hunch of it coming to game pass is that for some reason, the store let me download and install the game even though I never bought it, however I cannot launch it. Very weird.
