The difference is quite crazy. Not only framerate wise but also specular maps. Yeah i am not gonna claim i know what the hell that is....;)

I'll go with lazy dev....as evidenced by what was said about the PC version.

Of course, anything that's said will be attributed to SDF, because MS fans simply don't want to admit, that, well....there are lazy devs and poor ports.

Oh come on! You know that's not true, why do you think the PS4 consistently has better performing multiplats? Those stupid lazy developers...

If the devs were lazy the Xbox version would be worse. We have been told it's a nightmare to code for compared to the PS4.

Xbox One is harder to develop for. PS4 was built for game designers and far easier to code for according to the past year. At least that's what we heard. So, the "lazy developer" line doesn't work here since they had to work harder to make the Xbox One version since it's far harder to code for.

But we know the Xbox is the nightmare and the PS4 is the go to machine for development ease. So it sounds like they were the opposite of lazy.

The developers probably found the Xbox One easier to develop for and take advantage of.

But you just finished saying the XB1 is harder to develop for. Now...it's easier? Which is it?

Devoting more time to one platform isn't lazy. There's a finite amount of time. They would have to take away time spent on one platform to put more time into another. That's not lazy. Lazy is all platforms sucking. This isn't the case this time.

This is going to sound wild, but just here me out... take the 16xAF and drop that sum'bitch down to about 4xAF. Still running like crap? Alright, try turning the power off, unplug it for thirty seconds and then turn it back on. Will it run with Trilinear? No, probably screen tearing and giving a BSOD I would assume. Try turning it off completely, this should bring the framerate upwards of locked 90fps and result in better shadows and afford you headroom for better lighting and faster LOD.

I don't buy that. They're making a product that they could stand to make a ton of money on. Developers shouldn't put all their eggs in one basket. Last gen we saw plenty of devs put their eggs in the MS basket, and they were called lazy for it. Now, it's not laziness?

So, let's assume they're not lazy, and it's simply that they put all their eggs in one basket and just concentrated on one platform. That still makes my claim true. Whatever excuse anyone presents, MS fans will find a way to cry "SDF". So, while MS fans have been making excuses month after month, Sony or PC fans can't say anything.
