Well, for one, the architecture is closer this time around compared to the PS3 and 360 days. Maybe that plays a factor.
Secondly, this is a lower budget title. So obviously the resources would not be spread equally amongst the platforms although that would be optimal.
Idk, to me it just seems it shouldn't have been an issue. PS fans seem to have to deal with bad ports no matter if they get better hardware, easier optimization., whatever. I'm not sure why.
